Great Service!!
I genuinely felt so skeptical about making my purchase at first. However, the reassurance, consistency and communication I received from Ryan in regards to my order immediately dismissed all doubt in my purchase.

** Update: I tried to order a pair of Raybans on the 1st of October, Monday, needed them by Wednesday. This was the delay "Oh ok sounds good. The only small issue is that the stock that I just sent to JHB was sent to my sister in law in Klerksdorp because the FedEx box was tampered and a pair of Oakleys was stolen 😔 however let me talk to her and see if we can get you both thosepairs to you by Wednesday"
I needed to fetch the sunglasses in Klerksdorp, hence the no interest in going through with the order.
Based off of my first buying interaction with Ryan, I let him know which glasses I wanted, I then told Ryan to hang ten as I wanted to get my friends to order on the same shipment. I was unfortunately too busy this week to contact Ryan. I had already placed a confirmed order for ONE pair. He then messaged me, to which I couldn’t answer as I had a week from hell, to receive this message this morning:
“Tyla, this is very poor practices of business practice what you are doing. I do hope you do not treat your clients like how you have done to me. If you never wanted the glasses anymore, you should of just said so. Please DO NOT under any circumstances contact accessory studio again.”
And then proceeded to block me 😂

You could have just cancelled the order and made me wait for the next shipment, I think the only bad practice here is from you, as I am a CLIENT here🤗🙏
You should never have to push your clients like that. I am expecting delivery of my chosen pair 💪

Last year, you expressed interest in a pair of Ray-Bans but then did not follow through with the purchase. As a business owner, I hope you can understand the position this puts me in.
While I understand that everyone can have exceptionally busy weeks, a brief response to my messages would have taken only a few seconds and helped avoid this situation.
