This place is a Scamm! No Free 4 weeks at all! They charge you every 28 days, so your paying 13 mths instead of 12,with th the 4 weeks free you're actually paying for all 12 mths! Due to the billing system being every 28 days! Also your bill date changes never same day due to this then if you make a mistake on bill daythey charge you late fees. Go somewhere else, many other storage places billing is monthly and same day every mth.Be Careful cause they'll get you with lies about free 4weeks and billing date they'll get ya there too!

Sheela was absolutely incredible finding me the best deal in the Kitchener Ontario area. Her knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern for me finding the best deal and the most affordable unit during these crazy uncertain times was PRICELESS!! I have not experienced such AMAZING customer service and genuine concern for my well being in decades! Thank you again Sheela! Brett

went to storage locker and found a bunch of snow inside my locker. 18L water jug frozen rock solid, ice and snow on some of items. do not recommend this place. sent photo of said locker and they didn't care.

THE STORAGE I AM ABOUT TO TALK ABOUT IS THE ONE AT 190 CARRIER DR, ETOBICOKE.THE SERVICE OF GULISTA IS ONE OF KIND SHE IS HELPFUL AND EXPLAINS THINGS FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND AND SHE ALSO HAVE MUCH TIME WHENEVER YOU'RE IN NEED OF SOMETHING,I WILL RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF GULISTA'S SERVICES.

Very clean and affordable. The staff is wonderful to deal with, especially Kendra!!! I will use them again and again for my storage needs.

apparently you DON'T pay by the month you pay ever 28 days which works out to be 13 payments per year. In my books there are only 12 months in a year so basically they get a full free payment. This should not acceptable by anyone. All business' hydro, phone, cable, credit cards companies ect.,bill on the same date thus you only 12 payments per year. Looking for new storage facility ASAP before I lose more money to these sharks, then to top it off they have the nerve to up the rates by $10+ ..enough is enough, I would never send customers there way.

As a long-standing customer, I am pleased to say that Access Storage has improved the facilities. They have re-painted the unit doors, added anti-flood drainage and increased security. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I look forward to a good relationship with Access.

Customer Service was fantastic. The employee who was in charge on the day I was moving things into my storage unit was super helpful. I believe his name was "Dilip." My padlock was stuck and I couldn't open my locker. He was king enough to get his WD40 and was able to get my lock unjammed. Very thankful for his kind service/help.

Access storage on 49 Overland is one of the most unprofessional place to store your stuff. I called to rent a storage unit , I got a quote over the phone ,that wasn’t the one I had to pay when I got there(300$ more than what they told me on the phone . When I asked why they charged me so much when they told me on the phone a different price , the answer was because now they are not that slow,like there were when I called ).Then they charged me 80$ for 2 days ( days that I didn’t have my stuff in storage) . When I asked why I was charged 80$ the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to know . I had to call the main office , then go back into the Overland office to find out that they charged my for 2 days that I didn’t have my things there .I talked to the manager and she said she will look into it but never called me back. But they did called me back on Saturday to tell me that my unit is opened. When I got there it was opened. I honestly don’t recommend this place .

I was helping my friend move stuff around in his storage unit when all of a sudden this big Angry man started screaming at everybody in the hallway , he appeared to be a customer with a storage unit and was very upset with someone in person and on his phone. I don’t know why they would let a man like that wander frees teeming at everybody in the building. Startled me so much I hung out in my car until he was gone.
If I ever need storage , it won’t be from this location ,

Friendly, courteous staff, and most of all a willingness to help. At first I had to book a storage unit 60 kms away but they remembered that I lived close to the Chester Nova Scotia facility and called me quickly when a unit became available so that I didn't have to move twice. I was very grateful to have a unit close by. The storage units at Access Storage in Chester are very clean and the dollies work well for carting stuff from the car to the unit. I can't say enough good things about the Chester facility and the people at Access Storage.

Hello I came to this location intending to rent some. storage space , however all I saw was pallets and packing material and garbage everywhere . I think i will look for another place

I had the smoothest, easiest booking process with the kindest service individuals. They made the process smooth and straightforward, and for a great price. Just want to give a shout-out to Ryan and Ron for being genuinely wonderful humans and for helping out a first-time renter. I highly recommend Access Storage for your storage needs.

Access Storage to the rescue once again! I was moving items from my storage locker to my apartment and found myself in need of a piece of rope to secure my vehicle trunk and the contents within. Went inside the Access Storage offices in Barrie (Kaplan) to see if someone could help me out. Checked in with Riley to see if she might have some twine, rope etc. in her stock room. She came back with a couple of pieces of cord (wire) that might do the trick. Upon closer scrutiny, it was agreed that the wire might do some damage to the vehicle exterior.

Riley then said, "hang on a second, I may have something in my trunk that should do the trick". We walked out to Riley's car, she popped open the trunk and "voila", there was the perfect piece of rope.

In my eyes, Riley went and above and beyond her customer service obligations. She didn't need to go out of her way to help me out. As a result of Riley's actions, I was able to transport a vehicle full of household items on Highway 400 knowing that the load was secure. The rope rescue also saved me a second trip up and down the highway.

I am very grateful for Riley's efforts. She joins a long line of Access Storage Hall of Fame customer service specialists. Great service that will no doubt keep people coming back again and again.
