I ordered well over €3000 worth of parts from Patrick, but not everything that he delivered was correct. I told him this and then he said this where the parts that I ordered. He tried to confuse me by saying that the order of the words of the parts description was different and that it was my fault, but that's not true. I asked him for a specific parts and even sent him a link to a website with a description and pictures. The strangest thing about this all is that the total worth of the bad parts is only €55. So why he is willing to lose a customer by not admitting his mistake and just send me the correct ones is a mystery to me. But next time I will order the parts elsewhere.

I wanted a V2L Discharger for my Nissan Leaf in order to have some backup power in case of a power outage and to have electrical power on the go, and found that Accraine have 5kW dischargers available at a good price. Patrick was able to make sure the requirement for UK sockets was met, and delivery was very fast, I had it in well under a week. Definitely recommend!

Great service from Patrick at Accraine when buying my lovely shiny CCS2-Chademo adapter
All questions have been promptly answered, the item arrived a day early & has been proven charging my LEAF 2.0 on a couple of local chargers. Not yet tried my E NV-200 but will update.
A minor niggle, & nothing to do with Patrick, is that although delivery to me in France was included in the item price I did have to pay 33€ customs fee & tax as the item was shipped from Hong Kong.

Bought a CCS adapter, was delivered very quickly with no issues or charges and is working perfectly. Customer service is second to none. Could not be happier.

Ordered a CCS1 to Chademo adapter on July 28th and it arrived one day earlier than expected on Aug. 5th.

Today, Aug. 10th was the first chance I had to try it out on our 2022 Leaf SL+ at an Applegreen Electric site. It worked perfectly and was able to achieve a peak rate of 75KW.

Opens up so many charging possibilities for us now.

I ordered a Chademo to CCS2 adapter from Patrick on July 26th and it arrived today August 5th, a day earlier than estimated. It was extremely well packaged and when taken out of the cardboard box I was met with a very smart, tough-looking carry case with its own, very comfortable to use,fold-away carrying handle. Opening the sturdy clips holding the case closed, I could see the adapter sitting in its foam tray. It will be well protected in there!

So, of course we couldn't wait to go and try it out! We headed to a couple of local chargers (Instavolt and Osprey) and charged our Nissan ENV200 van at each, just long enough to prove it worked. And it did, flawlessly!

And I have to mention Patrick who patiently kept me informed the whole way of the progress of my order. Thanks Patrick!

This adapter has been flawless so far! I’ve had no issues charging at electrify America and evgo stations.

Customer service was also great during my purchase experience. I was not signed in to the website when I checked out and was having trouble finding my order because of my mistake. Customer service happily kept me updated via email as my order made its way to my door.

CCS1-ChadeMo adapter shipped from UK to California in approximately a week. Adapter is high quality, comes in a nice case, and has worked at three different company's chargers in my area. Recommended!

So glad I went with this developer for my CCS1 to CHADeMO adapter! I was impressed that they sent an engineer to the US to do field testing with a reputable YouTuber. Many said it couldn’t be done, but their adapter has worked 100% so far.
