account sold did not match specifications, then support wasted 2+ hours

I purchased a Facebook account from ACCS Market because it was advertised as a USA account with Marketplace access. Unfortunately, the account I received did not match those key requirements.

The account had a Canadian 403 phone number rather than a US number, appeared to have been created in July 2026, and Facebook Marketplace was unavailable. These were not minor details—they made the account unsuitable for the specific purpose for which I purchased it.

I contacted support and requested either a refund or an exchange. I even offered to apply the original purchase price as credit toward a more expensive account from another seller on their own website. I supplied multiple screenshots showing the Canadian phone number, the unavailable Marketplace feature, and the account’s primary-location information.
Instead of resolving the issue, support repeatedly requested additional evidence. After initially asking for proof of the registration country, they rejected one screenshot without explaining where to find the correct information. When I asked for instructions, I had to follow up several times before receiving a response. I was eventually directed to Facebook’s primary-location page and submitted that screenshot as requested.

Support then asked whether I had used a proxy. After I confirmed that I had used an IPv4 proxy, they requested a full-screen screenshot from the proxy provider showing every proxy used for the order, including the browser address bar. By that point, I had spent more than two hours trying to resolve a straightforward product mismatch.

I understand that account sellers may need to investigate complaints and prevent abuse. However, the process should be clearly explained, reasonably efficient, and focused on whether the delivered product matched its description. In my case, the account was not usable as advertised, yet I was required to complete one verification step after another without receiving a clear commitment to a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACCS Market. Buyers should carefully document the listing before purchasing and immediately verify the account’s country, phone number, creation date, and Marketplace access. I would reconsider this review if the company provides a fair refund or exchange, but the product and support experience I received currently warrant one star.

"I bought a batch of Gmail accounts

"I bought a batch of Gmail accounts, and from the very first login attempt, all of them were locked and asking for phone verification. The support team refused to replace them or refund my money, using their terms and conditions as an excuse to steal my money. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this scam website!"
