AccuLynx is a tool my company can not work with out and is the best CRM system for my industry as we tried others and none can compare or are as usefully as AccuLynx. Thank you AccuLynx for all your day to day help and assistance.

Top notch customer support! Over the last 8 years that I have been working with Acculynx I have built relationships with many of the techs at Acculynx and value their support and insight. They are constantly improving the capabilities, integrations, and tools within the CRM.

This CRM is the most comprehensive and easy to use in our industry ( roofing ) period!

Work for a big roofing company and this is a great way to keep your ducks in a row!

horrible horrible company. worked for a roofing company years ago. Keep asking to be removed from calling list as it is a personal phone number and yet they keep calling. have turned them over to the attorney general. and will be contacting my attorney.

I've been trying to get these people to stop calling me for 5 flipping years. At least 4 times a year they call and ask me if I still work for a company that has been out of business for 4 years! MORONS!!!!!

The software is very expensive to have per month. They offer no single user option available.
Called to cancel in April 2025 and was told the payment we made would be put toward the next month service and they couldn't refund it (even though it was done on same day). Keep in mind we were cancelling so how could it be credited to net month.
Called on 6/9/2025 since we noticed there was another charge (even higher) and called in to see what was going on... not only did the lady I spoke to make negative comments she stated, "if you can't afford $300 per month you can't afford a lawyer". I told her I was recording the conversation and she didn't seem to really care.

I highly encourage EVERYONE to not use this company or program with extremely bad customer service as they have.

We do seek to take our situation to legal action and expose the wrongfulness of this company.

We are very unhappy with this service. We decided to discontinue the use of Acculynx. Then one of their Sales representatives tried to get us to stay and gave us a free month to review the software. After review, we decided to not go with their service. Then at the end of this review we were charged the subscription fee of over $1400. I asked them to cancel our service and for a refund since we didn't use their software. They denied our request and stated that since I did not take the calls from their Sales reps, then they would not issue a refund.

DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR SERVICE! We were looking into company for a CRM and decided to use Leap instead because sending contracts cost with Acculynx and the monthly was substantially higher. We have since been bombarded with calls daily for over a year. At a certain point it has to be considered harassment. Always random numbers, but holy cow looking at legal avenues.

They are ruining this crm by taking away the message board. There is no way to see a full chronological history of the claim without it.

AccuLynx is a great program to use to provide good customer service. It is thorough and easy to navigate. The recorded training sessions was very easy to use and allowed me to do when it was convenient for me and also to start and stop so I could take good notes. It is a way to make people accountable for their part and to make sure nothing is missed. Getting used to the software is the hardest part, but once you get that down it is very easy. The dashboard allows you to see the activity of everyone and keeps everyone notified of the changes being made. There are just a one change I would make such as a way to look up customer's by phone number or to give each individual customer a prospect I.D. number. this would make my CSR job a little easier....Besides this it is a great program to use and is good for the business.

Reports and dashboards to see the health of your business from a bird's eye view.

The overall ease of use. The functionality and the simplicity. This CRM is design specific and therefore makes it an asset and not another challenge or daily obstacle to overcome. Acculynx quite simply is a CRM that is user friendly and the platform is easy to navigate and the utilization truly does give us the ability to expand our customer base and increase profitability. I feel there is quite simply no better CRM out there for our industry.

We were excited to utilize all that Acculynx has to offer. Our former CRM was extremely complicated and hard to navigate. That coupled with A+ Onboarding team, needless to say we're extremely pleased with our decision. 10/10 would recommend.

The on board training I have received since purchasing AccuLynx has been fantastic. Not to mention the estimating tool alone is worth cost. I do believe AccuLynx will help me to take my company to the next level.

My company just recently switched over to AccuLynx and it was been a decent transition. It is pretty easy to use and our account manager has helped so much. There are several things we are still working through but it will be nice to not have to manually track data anymore.

Acculynx has been a wonderful addition to our office. With the ease of the process, it helps us process accounts much fast and accurately. One of my favorite features is the way Acculynx communicates with quickbooks helping to keep everything in balance.
