Terrible experience. Please if you buy a voucher for this place DO NOT let them upsell to you and if you ever spend money here ask to see the card machine before! I was told what covered my voucher then upsold to buy some more. We agreed on a price then when at the till I confirmed this price. After I tapped she threw my receipt in the bin and alarm bells started ringing so I asked to see it. They had charged me more than double the price agreed and I stood and discussed this with them for over 20 minutes until I was in tears and all that was offered was for them to scam Wowcher to get the money from the voucher back. When I went to Wowcher about this they didn't offer to help either as I had made a deal with the company outside the voucher. I have emailed them directly too with no response. Awful and very deceitful company. I cannot believe this happens at legitimate companies.

The place is a dump. The woman who works there is cold, unfriendly and rude. She tried to charge me more and I had to fight to have the treatment offered on Groupon done just using the voucher. The spider vein removal was very unprofessionally done and there were no results whatsoever. Only there for 10 mins and 9 of those were her trying to sell other treatments. Waste of time and money and very disappointed it made no difference at all.

Place is a dump. Bad vibes. Tried to impress with the equipment they bought, claiming it's a super duper machine. Heavily try to upsell you. A £30 Groupon turned into a £120 further 'recommendation' for a tiny area. It's a bump. I didn't stay, felt uncomfortable.

Absoutely fantastic services from this business. I had the full legs laser and the staff were so lovely and so accomodating. I struggled a lot with ingrown hairs on my legs and even after one session I noticed a huge difference to them. Would highly recommend their services as they are very thorough.

Booked 6 laser hair removal sessions for my jawline and the results were amazing! After just 2/3 sessions I started seeing results and hair was hardly growing there anymore. Not to talk about all the scarring on the jawline disappeared too!!

Deceptive laser treatment as it only covers the cheeks or forehead not the entire face! I found out that when they say face they don't mean the entire face when I was In the laser room and had to fork out an additional £150 to cover my face. As a darker skin person I thought this would be a good process. However, the laser was rushed and didn't go over the uneven areas of my face properly. Definitely puts off repeat customers. Would avoid.

I had my underarms done (laser hair removal) and it went great.
Now I am doing my legs and I am hoping to get good results too. I will come back with feedback once I finish these sessions.
