Do Not Hire Accurate Process Serving
I hired Accurate Serve on November 7, 2025 to serve legal documents for an upcoming court deadline. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and financial loss.
First, despite paying promptly, my order was not entered into their system for several days. I did not receive any status updates until I repeatedly reached out. Had I not followed up on my own, I believe no action would have been taken.
Second, they claim they made multiple service attempts, but I received almost no documentation or notifications confirming these attempts. The lack of transparency made it impossible for me to know what was actually done.
Third, I later discovered the address I provided could not be completed due to limited office staffing. Instead of proactively informing me or suggesting alternatives, I had to bring this to their attention myself. When I proposed switching to the company’s Irvine office—an easier and proper option—the process server became dismissive and unwilling to work with me unless I paid additional rushed fees.
Even though the delay originated from their failure to timely input my order, they accepted no responsibility. I was met with unprofessional responses and a refusal to offer any remedy, partial refund, or courtesy adjustment. This has now jeopardized my ability to meet a court-ordered service deadline, forcing me to hire another process server and incur additional costs.
I am filing this complaint because the service I received does not match what I paid for, and the company’s lack of accountability has directly harmed my legal process. I am requesting:
1. A refund or partial refund, OR
2. Completion of services at the correct address without additional fees.
