First of all excellent service from acdctv, we left it until the last minute to order a television for our Motorhome, acdctv had one in stock and they got it to me by 9.30 the next day.

The TV is fantastic.

I was impressed with Acdctv speed and quality of response to questions before purchasing.
I'd looked at several reviews and raised questions on the areas that were of concern but still didn't understand this products limitations.
Once ordered delivery was quick and very efficient.
Kuma technical support we excellent in assisting me to establish why I couldn't get connected to wifi inside my boat.
Regrettably this item does not have an external aerial for wifi reception so it is not clear that the router has to be located outside or by a big window to get a wifi signal.
The external aerial is for 4g signal only and works fine but that wasn't clear in any of the literature or website.
Acdctv returns procedure has been excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending acdctv and have used them on several occasions

Ease of ordering, quick delivery, always buy out TVs sound bars and satellite stuff from here, been using them for about 20 years!

Really wanted 21.5 inch avtek wi-fi tv but was advised out of stock and nobody would have stock for many weeks so compromised by purchasing a 19.5 inch - afterwards found out that I could have bought a 21.5 inch from Amazon etc. who still have stock!!!

Sent of for a kuma Ariel USB adapter so I could enhance the range of nearby WiFi signals near my caravan Amazed that it arrived next day
When I tried it out it would not load on to windows 10 laptop So I rang AC DC
To explain the problem after a bit of advice it was decided to send out a replacement I rang at 2pm and received the replacement the next day WOW
It turned out that my computer was at fault and not the ariels as both worked ok on friends and families computers
Just like to say what an excellent service I received and can truly recommend

Very speedy service. Have had the sound bar out of the box and all looks lovely. Not taken TV out yet as well packed and will not be using until after xmas.

AC/DC encountered a delivery problem out of their control. I was informed immediately they knew and i was kept up to date afterwards. I was offered an alternative product which was advantageous to me.
All too often sellers make excuses and dodge responsibilty when there is a problem. Not AC/DC once a problem was found they set out to and achieved customer satisfaction. A rare company these days.

Item arrived on time and fits the seller's description. Not tried it out yet.

First rate service

I ordered a Finlux TV from ACDC TV which failed, ACDC TV’s customer service was really good and they replaced the TV which also failed. ACDC TV Allowed me to upgrade to a different make of TV at a small charge and paid all the postage. Emails were replied to promptly and staff were polite and supportive. OK so things went wrong but the professional way ACDC TV dealt with it means I would thoroughly recommend them.
