Sent out DVD tv rather than smart tv as paid for. Waited in for 2nd delivery after returning first one which dis not arrive... Was delivered 3 days later.
Would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a TV from acdctv from ebay .Shortly after ordering we had a change of plans and wouldn`t be home to receive it .As a belt and braces type of person ,I added a note on the order, sent a contact email and to be well and truly OTT I phoned and spoke to a young lady who kindly changed the details to oblige me ……...however an hour later I had an email from ebay advising me of the original delivery !!! So something had gone wrong.
After phoning again I was told that inexplicably it was in the process of leaving them .They did however change it to before 10 a.m. next day which was perfectly acceptable and to my surprise it turned up at 08:00 next day .
So all I can say is " another satisfied customer , well done for sorting it to my satisfaction".

I obtained my aerial by recommendation from my brother but on arrival never got no signal of it. I emailed customer who advised me to return goods and they provided me with a new one within days, what can you say, no questions asked just exchanged straight away. As a trucker I use my telly all the time and now have recommended this aerial to plenty of my trucker friends. Very satisfied customer. THANKYOU.

Prompt delivery but no external packaging used so box is now tatty and damaged. Just hope tv works ok as not tested yet

I cannot speak highly enough about this company they have restored my faith in using E-bay, if only all sellers were this good. I bought a TV dvd unit from acdctv for our static home for when we are away, i particularly liked the fact it had a built in satellite tuner. When it arrived the following day i was a little shocked at the size of the box and after taking it out we realised that maybe a 16" screen was perhaps just a little too small so i enquired about their returns policy. No problem they said we will send a returns label by email and a list of local drop off points near you to drop the tv back to. I packed the tv up and printed the label and returned the tv to a cobblers shop about half a mile from my home. The company used DPD couriers and the parcel was trackable and next day it had been received back at acdctv. An email to say they had it and today a message to say a full refund had been made to my paypal account, no charges for returns or postage either way. Cannot say what a pleasant transaction it has been from start to finish i only wish all the other sellers out there take note of true customer satisfaction from a really excellent company who i would not hesitate to use or recommend. Thank you

Television arrived on time, packaging intact Tele in perfect condition and in full working order, excellent seller.
