Perfect in every way, despite reading about poor sound quality and speech & picture being mismatched. I was happy to find that the remarks by others was utter rubbish. Going to be using it purely on 12v and will more than likely be back for another later in the year.

I thought I ordered the wrong Avtex tv 188drs but a 199drs arrived to my surprise, upgrade for free. Arrived on time and is a really quality tv, plus AC/DC were the cheapest on EBay. 10 out of 10.

I received a faulty item but after discussing with seller it was returned at their expense and was found to be faulty, it was replaced without question and is now working perfectly

I opted for "click & collect" to my local Argos (Spalding). Argos then refused to accept the parcel from ACDC, saying it was to big! (21inch TV). When ACDC became aware of the problem, they immediately dispatched a new TV to my home address, even before they had received the original back from the courier. Argos service especially if a problem arises, I find to be rubbish, and really don't bother to deal with them any more, but I was impressed with ACDC service especially for a problem that was not their doing, Well done.
