Great lads, very thorough. Didnt miss a spot and got all the stains out of my apartment carpets.

As ever, Steve is meticulous and thorough, treating his clients’ homes with respect and sensitivity. He works hard and never skimps a job. His friendly but courteous disposition make having him in the home a comfortable experience. In my view, for the very high quality of his work, his charges represent excellent value

They dumped the dirty water in my tub that I had put items in to get off the floor so they could clean!! They didn’t ask, they just dumped. I could have made space but instead they ruin some items and left a huge mess more me to clean.

Never again!

Steve and the Ace Carpet Cleaning team did a terrific job cleaning and feeding the leather on our two Le Corbusier LC3 and a much loved Ligne Roset Moël sofa and footstool. Ace also took care of our Calligaris dining chairs removing a couple of oil based stains and bringing them back to as new condition. Everything from the process of getting an initial quote, the appointment and carrying the cleaning was done in a thoughtful consultative manner. I cannot recommend Ace’s service and professionalism highly enough.

Steve was great and I would highly recommend him. He replied to my enquiry straight away -communication was excellent - I sent him pictures and he gave me a quote. His service was very professional and efficient Steve managed to do a really good job on a really stained carpet. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service

Steve has done the most amazing job in bringing back to life a 30 year old carpet. It looks like it was laid yesterday. Such a professional person and so likeable aswell. Gets more than 100 percent from me. Could not possibly recommend anyone higher than that.

Steve came and reviewed the carpets, turned up when he said he would. That’s a good start in its self. Cleaned the carpets in the lounge and hallway to perfection. I have also now booked to have the stairs and up stairs carpet cleaned together with my dining room chairs. Look no further that Ace for your carpets being cleaned. A nice guy as well

Carpets look like new, highly recommended

I had my bedroom carpets cleaned yesterday and can honestly say I can’t believe how amazing they look. My sons in particular had several stains years old, even slime and the carpet looks like new! Completely exceeded my expectations! Stevie was very polite, professional and did the job quickly for a great price! Thank you, I’m so pleased with the results!

Steve had collected used sofa bed for me, it was in a dreadful condition. Soiled and looking unstuffed I thought I'd made a real mistake. Steve and his brilliant cleaning machine not only improved the look of it but also brought it's stuffing back to life. I'd not thought that 5yr stain from fruit smoothie would come out of carpet but it did! Professional advice appreciated that lost colour won't be restored from bile bleached carpet, but area clean worked well. Excellent job! Thank you. 💚

My carpet is 10 years old and an unusual tall pile so was hard to clean compared to normal carpet... I was amazed and pleased when I see the result...Steve also cleaned my blind and skirting boards which I didn't expect. Very happy..highly recommended.
