Very disappointing recent service

Very disappointing recent service. I was in touch with ace to explain payment would be paid day after due date due to personal issues they said ok. Went to pay on Saturday which was day after due date to find arrears payment!! I have tried contacting only to be left on a phone for over 30 minutes and giving up as it costs to call!! I have sent emails so wait and see if I hear anything but very disappointed with this service. Can’t wait till paid off and will not use again

Damaged tv …

I received a damaged tv and have been trying to have it returned for weeks .I have had two collection dates booked and have stayed in all day no courier has apeared . I am now on my 24th email with no sign of things being resolved there is no way to actually speak to anyone regarding this I have been charged for damaged tv despite trying to return it from 27th of July.
Customer service is shocking I have been an Ace customer for years but will not be ordering anything else from them.

scammers..

scammers..
my father passed away in march,with a credit of 311.00 on his account,after numerous phone calls and emails,still no refund.was sent a refund form for the company to refund next of kin,still nothing,was given an incorrect email address.was a customer for over 15 years.disgusting attitudes.used to be a good catalogue,save yourself the hassle and dont order from there.

have had nothing but problems …

have had nothing but problems trying to get on the site to pay my last payment fed up now you will have to contact me .very disappointed used to love shopping with you now i cant even find you .dont bother adding on credit because i wont be paying it .

Horrific customer service

I have been a customer of ace for many of years, never had a bad experience before until recently! I ordered a cabinet I did not receive any confirmation about my order. I must admit it arrived very quickly BUT it arrived damaged. A huge gouge in the door of the white cabinet! I contacted ACE and was promised I would receive an email with either a new door replacement or a refund within a hour. This email never arrived I constantly checked all folders as we know some could be sent to spam and nothing. As I was looking through my emails I see one from the delivery company saying they would deliver my home discount parcel that day. A little Google search and that was the company sending my cabinet not ACE! Thankfully I managed to contact them and explained the situation within 10 minutes they refunded the difference and sent a new replacement door. Ace took over a week and a half to email me asking how happy I was with there customer service when I explained what customer service they said of the delivery of my cabinet. Nothing about the door at all customer service has drastically got worse I wouldn't be using them again unfortunately

Such a shame

I have been a customer with Ace for years, & had I done this review last year I’d be giving them a 5* review, however I’m not & now it’s a 1, I’m not sure why they have changed their website but it’s awful, I’ve a few times added items to my basket, go to check out & it now takes you to studio pay, (never had account with this) so to go forward you’ve to make account, done ✔️- go to checkout - “log into studio pay” - try logging into said account & its says password is wrong, & no matter what I do it just won’t let me carry on, so can’t use my credit account, it’s just a big palava to do anything on there, I asked a couple of family members if they were having the same trouble, & they were, such a shame as this was always my go-to catalogue, now just going to pay my account up & just use another place to shop!

You receive a bill but your account…

You receive a bill but your account details are yet again wrong by a problem on their side that makes you unable to make payments online as apparently details don't match but have same details as i have always used then try call to make a payment but this service also doesn't work due to error on their side then they proceed to add extra charges to account have called told error is fixed to happen again next month then your put in an hour half cue yet again to speak to someone about the same problem will not be placing any more orders through this company it's ridiculous

A lot of ace customers left when studio took over. I stayed mainly because of the cheaper and beautiful clothes they used too sell under their former name ace.

Add too reset forgotten password. So I could buy some much cheaper items of clothes, pyjamas and towels. Since the takeover. They take your money via visa/MasterCard etc in advance of your delivery. This wasn't the way before. I always paid my bill in full not in dips and dabs. As they charge you interest if you miss a payment. Or your wages are not in the bank. My money was taken out on the 24 may. And I'm still waiting for a delivery. There's no mention of it being delivered too the delivery company 🤔evie or a tracking email, or it arriving or it being sent back as a missed delivery order. I'll give it another few day's as it was a bank holiday weekend including Monday for a delivery. Before I contact 🤔 Evie too fine out if they returned it back too ace. My order was just over 86 pounds. Since studio took over the quality of some of their clothes as really gone downhill. Even their sale clothes. The company mainly now caters for the much richer customer market. They sell not only Brand names small coats blouses,or tops that bearly fit the top half of your body that are only for a young women too wear. Where ace before used too cater too everyone weather they were rich or poor, small or big or bigger still in size with decent prices even sale prices.

Unable to purchase anything on site

Have ongoing issue for months where I get to the login page to purchase only to be told details are wrong. Funnily enough same details work on the account payment page. Ace/Studio need to get this sorted so customers with accounts can actually purchase again, I will be refusing any further payments until then. Worst customer service ive ever seen aswell, no one seems to know whats going on if you actually manage to get through to them.

Who else is in the same boat?

I am leaving this review today in the hope that some one from Ace/Studio will get in contact with me by email, as the executive complaints rep that I was dealing with has not got back to me after me emailing her at least four times, Ace owe me money due to interest that was applied to my account for items that were returned and taken off my account, I did explain that I was not going to pay my account until this was sorted out, and have yet to get a resolution, there is obviously something going on because I cannot place an order, I cannot even get on to my account any more. I have been a customer of ace for over 30 years and I have never in all that time received such terrible service, I do hope that some one from management can get in touch to sort this problem out before I have no alternative than to go to trading standards, this is not something that I want to do, but I do feel that I should get my money returned. I am extremely disappointed that this company is keeping their customers in the dark. I keep on getting emails to pay my account but to date still no communications from the executive complaints team. I am not going to pay my account as I know they owe me money and the likelihood of getting it back is slim to none. I hope some one reaches out and emails me to get things sorted.

unable to login

Annoyingly, it accepts the same login details to pay my bill. So I can pay my monthly statement but not place an order. What the hell is going on?

Wouldn’t recommend to my enemy

Ordered furniture a month before moving into my house. Studio cancelled a month after me moving in. Ordered new furniture, waited a further 2 months and only half the furniture turned up. Emailed customer services since August and the only email I received is “we have to passed to relevant department”. Awful.

couldn't get in touch with anyone

couldn't get in touch with anyone, filled in their online form several times, contacted by email twice , called financial services, even tried social media 4 times !, to which they said keep waiting basically. Tried to call them not there department the fault isnt with them, emailed again and received this ...Thank you for your response.
I am truly sorry to inform you, but the website is working fine from our end.

Another review..

Reviewed a month ago, saying couldn't get in touch with anyone, filled in their online form, contacted email, financial services, even tried social media, to which they said keep waiting basically. Tried to call them on their customer service number, 1 hour wait, 10 minutes after the line opened. Anyway, no one has contacted me and still can't get logged in, will be closing account as soon as get balance down.

Ace account not taking orders anymore

I have been an ace customer for a long time. I wanted to place an order but it took me to studio pay where my password doesn't work. I called several times and spoke to an agent who said it will be up and running soon. It's now nearly 2 months. I don't know if the company exists anymore

Can't access account

Cannot access account as stating my details are incorrect, which I know they are not. Forgot Password is pointless, that too says "details do not match" - been trying for nearly 2 months now to get a response, JUST A RESPONSE! The company needs shutting down. Too deep into a mess I think.
