I ordered an iPhone 13 in May 2023
I ordered an iPhone 13 in May 2023. I received an inferior product and believe the item was intercepted en route. I have been back & forth with Ace since then trying to resolve the problem. I have sent the product back twice and it’s been returned to me because the issue is constantly passed to the next person and no one is prepared to take ownership of the problem. My monthly payments are double what they should be and I’m incurring significant interest paying for something I did not receive. I have severe health problems and it is affecting me both physically and mentally. I have spent hours of my time sending emails, making phone calls and been driven to tears. No one will help me. PLEASE sort this out, I am at my wits end.

Payment system is not working.
I have been with ace quite a few years now they are good won't fault them that way, bur like their customer of 30years I am also having problems trying to pay, my card is fine I've paid other bills with it, so it's they're system, I don't want any late payment fees, so does anyone have a phone number for ace catalogue, would be very much appreciated.

Ace has gotten a lot quicker with time. It used to be nearly two weeks for the parcel to arrive.
Now sometimes it doesn’t even take one.
I also think the the goods are better quality especially the clothes.
