Rigged platform this place sucks

These thieves closed my account for no reason. My $700 became $950, and while that may seem like a small amount to others, it’s important to me. I know that no matter where I complain, it probably won’t lead to anything. The customer service representatives are so selfish and don’t even bother to talk properly. Stay away from this site and these thieves.

Their play though requirement is a joke — Deposited $25 as my first as the website promised $50 in return. The ‘slots’ showed a wager requirement (to unlock the bonus) at 4.5x. In total, I deposited $40 (one additional $15 deposit) and check to see if my bonus was finally unlocked. Nope!

I had unlocked $.73 — even after playing at $.80 and blowing through $40. I’m not a genius when it comes to math, but basic math can tell you: 50 spins x 0.8 USD x 4.5x = $180.00. And now, if they claim that certain games have different wage requirements for the bonus unlocking — “Mahjong” indicated this absolutely nowhere.

So yeah, I’ve deposited $40, and $.73. A bunch of scammers!

I just had a $15,222 win. I'm a little scared that my redemption might not happen. I chatted with customer service who was very reassuring. I'll let you know in a few days if that redemption comes through. Hoping these guys are good on their word.

I bet $100 on a roulette table. They told me I made one big bet and that was against their terms. They banned me when I was already down over $450, because I hit on the roulette wheel and almost made half of my losses back.

They said "you abused our rules by betting on black."

How does that even make sense?

I used Acebet and only encountered issues when I tried to withdraw my funds.

After submitting a withdrawal request, my account was restricted and I received a message stating that my account allegedly violated their Terms of Service. However, no specific reason or clear explanation was provided.

The decision was described as final with no option to appeal.

I contacted support asking for clarification and information about my remaining balance, but did not receive a clear or specific answer regarding what exactly was violated or whether my funds would be returned.

If you like to churn casino bonuses, stay away from this site. You will get banned for low volatility and min-bet gaming. That's it, that's the review.

This casino somehow managed to find the two most unbearable streamers imaginable. Highstakehugs is pure fake hype and nonstop cringe, while Boma acts like losing thousands is some kind of personality trait. Every stream feels like watching sponsored actors pretend the site is amazing while regular players get ignored.

The whole thing comes off as desperate marketing aimed at tricking people into thinking huge wins are normal. Instead of improving the actual player experience, they throw money at obnoxious influencers who spam exaggerated reactions for hours.

If these two are supposed to represent the brand, that says everything I need to know about the casino.

I have moved out of betting territory. They will not return my money in my account and close it. They say they can't per compliance this is bullshit. No where does it say I can't close my account and request my funds out of territory it only states that I can not place bets out of territory. TTHEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

Scam bonus.. paid $25 for "50sc" but it only gave me 25 sc and the rest of the bonus is on like 1000x wagering. after wagering arouind 50sc of bets and losing it all i wound up with .5sc extra on the 25sc purchase. The site is nice and battles are cool but i don't like how they swindled me into purchasing under the premise of a 100% bonus.

I got onto the site they offer a free 1 dollar when you sign up and I snowballed this 1 dollar to 54 dollars and I said lets be smart and I ran with it and withdrew the second I withdrew they banned me and didn't send me my money and said that I broke their TOS multi accounting while I never got on their site before and this was my one and only account. Scam website never go there.

If you are from India, there is no way to withdraw your cash deposit.

Honestly since the revamp on originals and rewards the site is alot more fun!

Never go near this site, this might be the worst site around , 5 days straight depositing daily around $100, tried different things played slots first thought thet its gambling you lose you win sometimes, but when I started battles there everything got clear, created around 27 battles 10$ to 20 $ each, tried normal crazy and shared modes 22 battles was vs bots, every single was lost, and in group modes every single except one that gave me extra 2$ was a half of a bet, I can provide my account transactions if needed, SITE IS A TOTAL RIGGED BULLSHIT.

This site is a terrible scam. They came out with a partnership with HighStakeHughs where you can get bonus 20% packs if you watch his stream and gain points. So I watched his stream got points to get some 20% packs.

I purchased $965 worth and played on the site which is intended for entertainment purposes only since this is a sweepstakes site.

I played through their terrible 3x playthrough system which is over 3000 on these packs. I got through and actually made some money! Awesome.

The next couple days go by and my redeem isn’t getting approved. I talk with support a bit and all of a sudden they ask about my gameplay playstyle, what does it matter? I am playing a game on your site that YOU provide to me. I was not violating any ToS or anything just playing a game.

Support reached out 2 days ago now that I was banned and it was final. I asked for specifically in their ToS what was breached and they can’t give me specifics and will not reply.

I worked through the HighStakeHugs discord and got someone who would actually reply and he stated it was for “safe betting” and “bonus pack abuse”

They stole my $965 and now he has also stopped replying. This is hands down the worst experience for a site for entertainment I have ever had in my life. Please do not put any money here. I am disappointed HighStakeHugs is even affiliated here as I thought he would be only affiliated with legit sweepstake platforms. Every time I talk in that discord now and try to warn my posts just get deleted. They are trying to hide this scam site. Don’t let them.

BONUSES ARE ABSOLUTELY BULLSHIT

You have to wager $1 for every CENT of your bonus you unlock. I bought a supposedly 100% bonus boost, and had to make $1500 worth of bets JUST FOR MY BASE $500 TO BE REDEEMABLE. Just to get out the $500 I put in I had to wager $1500. And after that $1500 I had only unlocked a total of $18 of my bonus to transfer to my account. This site is a scam and a joke.
