ACECREST have recently replaced the boiler and powerflushed the system in my rental property, they immediately emailed me all the relevant compliance certificates, together with photos of the newly installed boiler, all at a very reasonable price.
The communication from Saleem was excellent. As a landlord living some distance from the property I have found the ACECREST team, together with Letting International Ltd (LINT) a very stress free way of managing the property. I would definitely recommend both ACECREST and LINT - thanks guys for another job well done!

I have recently had an old bathroom completely refurbished which involved taking out the entire old bathroom, leaving an empty shell and then installing a new one.
It was a big project but I have to say that the Acecrest team were FANTASTIC from start to finish.
They constantly kept me informed of the schedule of works for the day, worked in a neat and tidy way, were very conscientious and the work was completed to a very high specification.
I am very grateful to the team as it is difficult finding builders you can trust nowadays.
A special shout out to Gogi, Ismail, Imran and Muzammil whose work ethic, knowledge, punctuality and finish was a credit to the company.
They just cracked on with it and delivered a wonderful finished product.
I would definitely recommend them and would 100% use them again.

Great all round service from the initial call to promptly coming out to resolve the boiler issues

Boiler pressured dropped the boiler man did come after hours and helped and fixed the boiler hopefully it won’t happen again. The gentleman helped me moved my things out the way and it was nice he remembered who I was.

I have been a landlord with the Lint group over 15 years. The service has improved over the years and they do take on feedback from customers which shows that they care.

We been with Letting International since late 90's. From then till now very good service. I have to say all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend to anyone who wants to rent out their property.
