After ordering glasses, I opened my delivery to find that the colour was completely different to what had been advertised to me. After speaking to them directly, I asked them whether I could change out my glasses to another pair as well as asking for the address to which I could send back to. I received no response however a couple minutes later a friend messaged them and received a response straight away. I am disgusted to find out that customers are unable to send back items we are unsatisfied with due to the company jsut completely ignoring me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This company has been heavily advertised recently, and the prices were good, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Now I know why the prices were so low. The quality is terrible. My glasses had a huge scratch over the obviously plastic lens, and a bent frame.

I requested an exhange/refund immediately, but got no response from anyone at the company. A day later, I retried, and got the same response - NOTHING!.

This website is obviously some kind of money grabbing scam. I have issued a report to shopify and also speaking to my solicitor who will soon find out who is behind this mess.

I had the exact same experience as one of the other reviewers as where I contacted ace frames regarding an exchange. A long conversation was made before finally agreeing to an exchange. Once confirmed I also asked for the address to send back the product in exchange for a different pair of glasses. They then did not reply and still haven’t, and I have sent multiple messages and emails regarding the location to send to however still no reply.

When asking about sizing for my son and delivery time they were very rude and disrespectful towards me for asking questions. They did not help me with sizing or any other questions that I had asked and I was told to “look with your eyes” for information on the products. This is not something you would expect from customer service and do not recommend after this encounter

I ordered some glasses and was very excited to recieve them. Upon recieving them, the quality was very poor and the colour of the lens' were not as advertised. I was very disappointed, and requested a refund. The customer service was absolutely terrible, as the representative was telling me that they do not accept refunds even though on their front page it clearly states that they do, and that I had 18 days to do so! After explaining this to the rep., he did not reply, so now I am left with glasses I do not like and no way of getting my money back! Avoid at ALL costs.

Poor communication and customer service. In regards to refunds, exchanges and returns the company will ignore your message or email. The glasses i ordered were false advertised and when asked for a refund they refused. So i finally agreed to exchange and when asking for the address to send back to they ignore the message and email several times.
