Awful company to do business with

Awful company to do business with. I ordered a double mattress cover. A week later, Royal Mail sent me an email stating delivery would be the next day. As I was at work then, I went on their website and changed the delivery day. I have proof from an email Royal Mail sent me, confirming delivery on the day of my choice. But lo and behold Royal Mail then brought the parcel on the day I was working ignoring my request. They left the parcel outside my house, even though it would have easily gone through the letterbox. Obviously, by the time I got home the parcel had gone.
I asked Ace Mattress Covers to send me another cover, as I don't like paying for items I don't receive. They told me to take it up with the post office. My contract is not with the post office but with them. I will now be asking my bank to do a clawback as I have not received my goods. This is disgusting customer service and I would tell anyone to steer clear of these people.
