I have been having pain my neck every morning after waking up. I have had a long standing problem of bad sleeping postures and recently due to lots of stress I had started experiencing pain my neck every time I woke up. I got their stretcher last month in order to solve my problem and I must say it works wonders. I wear it every morning for 15-20 minutes and the pain goes away. I can vouch for the quality of this product. It's a cost-effective solution to your neck pain.

I purchased both the back stretcher and the belt. The belt is absolutely useless. It provides no relief at all. It's one of the worst products I've ever tried.
The back stretcher doesn't do much either. I use it many times and follow the directions and the relief it provided was minor and temporary.
But the worst thing about this company is that they're thieves. They have a "money back guarantee" but when you complain they tell you you have to ship the product back to Europe at your own expense and if that comes back in any condition other than the perfect you'll get nothing back. So they give you a whopping 20% refund. Then they tell you that you're lucky to even get that. They're rude, nasty, and their products stink.

This is the 2nd item I have ordered thru Facebook and the experiences have been equally disastrous- first was a Roolator for my disabled brother that I paid seventy some dollars and never received and the second was a back stretcher thru Acemed- I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after I ordered it and was told it was already shipped and could not be stopped. When I went on line to check out this company and their reputation, I found my story repeated over and over again by other customers like myself.
I guess the real culprit in all of this is Facebook- they obviously have no control over who they let advertise on their site! Bottom line is that we need to not by anything off of Facebook!

Very bad service from this so called company , placed an order and then 10 minutes later a decided to cancel it and have emailed them to do so .not had a response from them until they said it already shipped and they can’t do anything about. Also never received my order , i have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back . 0 stars for this shady company

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I requested a refund within 30 days as then product was not suitable for my husband who I had purchased it for. I was told that the cost of my shipping it back to I the US would it be viable and was offered a 20% refund which was not acceptable. SO much for their full refund policy. I thought that I had seen on Facebook that they offered a 90 day trial and so I waited until the 90 days to request a full refund again. This has been declined and now that the 30 days has passed are offering me NO refund. Please beware when ordering through Facebook from this company.

Never buy a product from a company whose country of origin is not stated on the website. Which country does Acemend come from? Which country do they pay their taxes? Is it USA=
Also, their products are shipped from Cainiao, China, a red flag! I would avoid them unless the product is superior.

Shady business. They claim to guarantee money back but no one responds to my emails. Do not buy from this company. I got duped by Facebook Ads. They target vulnerable people in pain. Also, it cost much less on Amazon so if you want to try it, buy it there.

The refund guarantee is a lie. It has not worked for me. I contacted customer services several times to request a refund and to return the product, but no reply.
Also it took 3 weeks to come, and no instructions on how to use it. You can’t just lay on it if you’re shorter than advertised male. Again I asked for help /instruction on use, no reply. Very disappointed after reading all the positive feedback which made me buy it. Also it was more expensive to order directly with AcemendUK than Amazon I wish I had used Amazon it would have been far easier to return.

Order my product over a week ago and email to find out when I will be getting my order and cant get a answer.

I cancelled an unauthorized order 3 minutes after it was placed - send 3 emails and have not gotten a response. Their FAQ says that orders must be cancelled within one hour of placing. I am contacting my credit card company regarding the unauthorized charge!

It works!!! This feedback is unsolicited—significant relief in two to three days and improving daily. I’ve been in severe pain after a ski accident in February. Nothing worked. PT helped a little. This device was a miracle for me, and I will be using it every day from now on.

I received the acemend refresh stretcher just today and have used it twice. I am surprised how quickly I felt the results for my lower back/sciatica. The sciatica has kept me out of the gym and has been very frustrating but I am excited to get such quick results and looking forward to resuming my cardio workouts on the Accutrainer.

2 Stars, it doesn't help immediately, there's some relief but not much, and be careful the guarantee allows you to ship it back to Germany. Huh? Yeah, you pay more money to ship it! Two stars are generous.

Deceptive advertising! Bad product! I ordered the back roll and my physical therapist said it was hard as a rock and could do more harm than good. Their ads say satisfaction or “Get your money back”. Then they tell you that the return shipping costs will be exorbitant. So you get stuck with a bad product. This is a company that cares more about their profits than your wellness. Buyer Beware!!!!

I recently received my back stretcher and have sent three emails already as well as requested info on the online website forum, still no response from them!
I am starting to get very concerned that I may have been totally mislead by their advertising jargon?
Do they actually care?

Caution! Caution! Caution! Buyers beware.

Aceamend's web advertisements are misrepresentative, bordering on dishonest: (1) refunds are not automatic; (2) customers must bear return shipping costs, not to Acemend's shipping department in Jamaica, NY, but to an overseas address; and (3) Aceamend will cajole you to direct your refund to other "discounted" overpriced Acemend products.

Walk away!

Buyer Beware! I purchased two items from this company on Instagram. Apparently, they sell on Amazon and their website (by a different name) as well. One of the products I liked (though not wonderful quality) and the second just didn’t work out at all. They state they offer returns but do not tell you - that you have to pay for return shipping to Germany! They have a fulfillment center in the USA which they ship from— but will not allow returns to this facility. Which makes the cost to return nearly the same as the product itself. So unless you have no intentions of returning the product, do not buy it.
