I booked 2 ladies in with these for CBTs and told them that one was very anxious so they wanted to learn together for support reasons, and i was told that it would just be them on that day.
Happy with this we proceeded they turned up on the day to find 2 guys there both of whom were very proficient at riding which then put the Anxiety and nervousness through the roof.
10 mins into the CBT she had to tap out, as she couldn't cope with the 2 guys staring at her as she struggled.
She then proceeded to spend the whole day in tears sat in their office..
No refund offered or to book another time.
£175 charged for her to sit and cry is a joke, I could have saved that money and made her cry at home by selling her bike..

I had an absolute amazing experience with Ace, very friendly and helpful with awesome instructors,

I was terrified about riding Bristol's roads for the first time for the 125 CBT. Guy is just the best at keeping you calm and encouraging you as well as being an amazing instructor with so much experience. I can honestly say as soon as I got on the road I had the time of my life! The reassurance was there all the way with Guy talking me through it on the headset. And a big thank you to Martin for our training morning and again for keeping me nice and calm. These guys are the absolute best for anyone feeling a bit nervous as they will work you through it with encouragement and a calm attitude.

Amazing team of instructors. Twiggy who was my instructor was amazing. They are firm but fair. Explain everything from what you are doing well to what you need to work on. Safety of everyone on the road is their cheif concern and that shows in everything they do. I thoroughly recommend going to them if you want to learn how to safely join the biking community. 5 stars is not enough

I used this company for years doing my CBT, finally went for my full bike test and passed thanks to the amazing instructors!
Very friendly and banterful team and even speak to them after their services are no longer needed.
Have recommended them to friends and would definitely recommend using them over others.
