Very helpful and communication was excellent throughout. I ordered replacement wipers for my car but unfortunately it didn't fit, no ones fault. I notified them of this and they did everything thing they could to help me resolve this and communicated everything and kept me up to date with the progress and solutions. Unfortunately nothing could be done so they gave me a full refund which i really appreciated as not got much spare money to spend. I would use and from them again in the future if required on anything as could fault there service throughout.

Would recommend these to anyone quick delivery of my item how ever no thanks to Post office they damage item . Tried to claim against Post office don't want to no . However a quick email to these guys they sorted straight away and sending new one's out . Would like to thank them for their help in sorting problem out tho not being there fault.

I, like many others, sometimes make mistakes when ordering things online. Something I openly admitted to when I ordered an incorrect wiper size in a set of three. I contacted Aceparts, explaining what had happened and requested info on their exchange policy. I was asked to confirm the size of wiper I required and within a couple of days the replacement was on my doormat. No questions asked. I'm pleased with the quality of the items, knocked out with the service I've received and they have guaranteed future business from me.

I ordered an oil filter from eBay - it was only a few pounds. (Best price on eBay)
It turned out to be the wrong one because it was just one of those parts that had so many variants.
It was probably more my fault because I didn't check it properly before ordering.
Martin & all the people I had contact with were absolutely brilliant, they couldn't have done any more to get it sorted.
You would go a long way to get better service - I will use them again & have total confidence in recommending them to others.

Ordered a part fron ebay with acp. Never arrived now they have blocked me. Customer service is very poo, katerina is very rude. I wish i read there negative feedback first before i ordered

Ordered some wipers from ace parts turned out they wasn't correct fit emailed them they immediately sent out the correct ones very professional company I will definitely purchase again .

I ordered a buffing compound and the brick arrived broken and so they immediatly refound me.

Had bought brake pads from this company, turned out they didnt fit my car, and was offered refund.
On posting, I believe there was an issue with recieving the pads. Once I had shown signature from my.hermes, I was instantly refunded.

They kept constant communication throughout, no automated services or generic replies. Very pleased with that.

quick dispatch of item, was a small issue with the item having a broken clip, immediately rectified and replacement issued. Will buy from again

I ordered wiper blades for my C4, unfortunately when they arrived they were the alternative fitting for my car.
Nothing was too much bother for Katrina, who kept in touch and sent out the correct wiper blades, thanks and well worth 5 stars.

I purchased some wipers from eBay for my wife's car. When I received them they were the wrong ones. The communication and speed at resolving the issue is something that sets a benchmark for other companies!

Item did not turn up, contacted AceParts who where more than happy to help, I explained what happened and got a full refund. Excellent customer services would definitely buy from them again as this problem was through no fault of their own. Highly recommend.

A web page error for LR discovery2 wiper blades on the ebay shop meant the type with a unique fitting were not sent. Customer service resolved the problem quickly and sent out a new set of parts that fitted a treat. Thx

Ordered the wrong bulb in error , explained the problem to the company who offered to send out the correct bulb without any hassle or fuss. Very impressed and will definitely use again for car parts.
