We have been very patient with this…
We have been very patient with this company and sent loads of emails explaining our problem. Did get 2 replies both saying would get back to us within 3 to 5 working days, weeks later had a reply only to tell me something that was not the problem.
Be very careful if you book a car with these as will take a Debit card for the booking but when you go to collect will only accept a Credit card, which we did not have so had to pay another 685 GBP and already had paid 883 GBP including extra insurance cover a real rip off. Jan Sharp
