Avoid poor communication and excessive shipping costs from Spain

Quality of stickers are good, just annoying that I had no coms
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ace Stickers. I placed an order 8th July , clearly stating that I needed the items delivered within one week. I explicitly requested that if they could not meet this deadline, they should cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Since placing the order, I have received zero communication regarding the status of my request. I had to proactively email them to ask for an update, only to find out after the fact that these stickers are being shipped from Spain.
Furthermore,as I wanted these stickers quick I paid for the upgraded UPS shipping at a cost of 33 euros which is unacceptable to ship four small stickers. This price is completely disproportionate and ridiculous for such a small, lightweight order.
Given the lack of communication, the failure to address my urgent timeline, and the exorbitant shipping fees, I do not recommend this company. I am now seeking a full refund for this order.
