I have ordered many wigs from this…

I have ordered many wigs from this website, have not had a problem until I tried to return one. Of course they didn’t get my carefully addressed and packaged wig return sent to their PO Box. They now are avoiding me, pretty sure they got it and just don’t want to refund me. That is $250 I’m am just out! Will never order from them again.

Worst wig company ever

Worst wig company ever. Horrible customer service service. I ordered 5 wigs they sent the wrong wig. I immediately tried to contact them via emails, photos, phone calls. NO response at all. Then when I threatened to report them to BBB and Consumer affairs a Kim Ridley said zoo I’ll refund your money. LISTEN she never did. They sent the wrong wig/color, their error and refuse to make it right. I bought 5 wigs. Despicable company and rude, I’ve worn wigs for 20 years never been treated with such contempt. You’ll never speak to a live person, just try it. I’m out hundreds of dollars on a wig I can’t wear I emailed id send it back and they needed to send right wig or refund money. Finally a person Kim said ok she’d refund money. Liar that was a month ago they NEVER did refund my money. Run fast from this company unless you enjoy headaches and liars. I’ve bought from Wiltshire wigs, Elegant wigs, Best Wigs.com all excellent companies. Never again Ace is a scam company unless and sends inferior product.

The worst, sassiest customer service around

Read the reviews and do yourself a favor by shopping at a store with decent customer service. These people are rude and will do anything to get around fulfilling that free wig on the buy-2-get-1 sale. Well, yes, they do read the notes section but they just ignore it just like they ignore emails. And when they do respond to an email, they dish out a pile of sass. A few dollars discount is not worth the headache of dealing with them, and it doesn't matter if you have been a long-time customer. Also, note that the shipping charges have gone up with the alleged bogo offering. Time to change to a retailer that we can trust.

Probably the WORST customer service…

Probably the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. It began when I realized they had overcharged me. It was a buy 2 get 1 free sale. They charged for all 3. It took 8 emails…many went unanswered, the rest just stated “your 3rd one is in stock now and we will send”. I finally replied “you are NOT reading my messages “. Her answer was too bad…you didn’t put it in the cart correctly! Seriously? I’ve been a LONG time customer. I even wrote in the special instructions box on the order form “Thank you for offering this sale”. I guess if they don’t read emails, they don’t read special instructions either. There is no excuse for such rudeness and unwillingness to help. I might add,this took about 2 weeks of emails…and they never returned my phone call. Kim then said oh just refuse the box and send it back. Right? After I’ve had it for over 10 days? Not to mention I wanted the deal that was advertised!
