I've just bought my third keyboard from them (Yamaha MODX M8), with a relationship going back over 10 years.

They allow extended playing of their keyboards in the store, (with headphones so no one else can hear your playing!)

They don't put pressure on you to buy, and provide good trade in prices for your old keyboard.

The buying process is efficient and straight forward and you know that you can always contact them for technical help (from Keith) if you get stuck.

I'm more than happy with my most recent purchase but if I decide to get a new keyboard in future then I know where I'm going to go.
