I receive a minimum of 5 calls a day off this company. I rang them and guess what they don’t even know who I am so was informed my number would be removed. After a couple of days they have fired up again as of 13.23pm on 1/4/25 I have recieved 3 calls. This company should be reported for harassment and improper conduct.
I also received this company three email. I tried to contact them, but no response. I also reply this email 10 times also no any reply. They said if I don't solve this payment, they may be escalated to High Court Enforcement if left unresolved.
I want to discuss with them what's going on. But no one reply me messages. I only keep my references for the future, if they have any action.
received emails from aci.uk referring to gain credit and lending stream - very detailed and convincing trying to get me to pay them - have reported to aciuk.co.uk and to report AT phishing.gov.uk but no one of course gets back to you : if anyone gets these emails BEWARE
I have received three emails purporting to be from ACI UK. The sender's email address is ACIUK dot UK.
"Original Creditor: Ounapuu Limited, formerly known as Ferratum UK Ltd. Balance: £200. Your Ounapuu Limited debt remains unpaid. We would like you to set up an affordable, sustainable repayment plan. Please click HERE to make an offer of repayment today. Please click HERE to make a one-off payment towards your balance today."
I have never had dealings with Ounapuu or Ferratum. The emails look quite convincing at first sight, but there are inconsistencies. I have forwarded them to the UK Government National Cyber Security Centre and I would advise anyone receiving similar emails to do the same.
I have written to ACI UK Ltd (ACI dot co dot uk, who are presumably a real company) about this, but I have not received a reply. Assuming that they are not sending these fraudulent emails themselves, it is very irresponsible of them not to have precautions. Most reputable companies (eg Amazon) warn about fraudulent emails and have a method for reporting them. Seemingly, ACI UK Ltd does not care about this,
It is beyond careless to let scammers take over the ACIUK dot UK domain.
