DISAPPOINTED...Left with incomplete kitchen.

We employed ACK to replace our kitchen as well as some building work. Darren and Steve are both great guys with a sense of humour and we feel we built quite a rapport with them in the 3 plus weeks they worked on our home.

HOWEVER, they have not completed the job, they have gone awol, ghosting me. They don't reply to calls or emails, their unit in Southampton does not seam to be in use, and they have left us with a kitchen with many snags and bad workmanship...We are truly disappointed that we trusted them to do the job properly but as soon as they had our money they were gone. We were promised the earth and they just haven't delivered.

Have used this company on a few occasions now and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting high quality and professional service. Great for emergency call outs as turned up when they said they would. Friendly engineers, clean and tidy whilst working and generally a great service all round .

My elderly and vulnerable brother in law had a water bill that was increasing by the day. He told me when he received a bill for £1500. Contacted Southern Water who identified a leak in his property. Contacted Andy and Steve who located and repaired the leak at a reasonable cost. They were very considerate to my brother in law also. Thanks. Will use you again.

My shower had broken (thermostat was broken). Called them up and they came round within a couple of hours.
Looked at the shower and suggested we get a new shower (as the parts to replace would have been just as if not more expensive to replace).
They even sent us images and suggestions of a shower to replace ours. The best costs they could find.
Went out brought the suggested one. Rang them back. Within an hour darren was at mine fitting it. Only took him half an hour to fit.
Very fast, reliable service. And will be recommending to all friends and family!

I had an emergency as I was selling.
ACK mechanical ltd did the work for me as soon as they could, even liaising with my tenant, and going over and beyond any professional company I have ever used. , and very trustworthy.

Reliable, honest and well priced service. ACK trenched a water main across a lawn, the site was immaculate with no evidence that any work had been done on completion. On another occasion they explained a more economic route to a solution that reduced their own revenue. Our boiler broke down and within a week Andy from ACK Mechanical had visited explained the process and ordered the new boiler. He arrived on time and was Covid compliant with PPE and distancing. After fitting the new boiler he explained how it worked and detailed the warranty.
The price for works completed was as per the quote and he was very clean and tidy, he removed the old boiler and no mess was left.
I highly recommend this company for all pluming needs.

We use ACK Mechanical Ltd for a lot of our Gas Safety Inspections & other Gas works in the areas they cover, they are very reliable, efficient, and a very friendly team . From the initial consultation and survey the professionalism and integrity of the ACK Mechanical team was evident.  After supplying their comprehensive quotation and explaining the options available to us the work was quickly started.  The scope included the removal of the old appliance, the supply and installation of a new Intergas boiler and the full integration of the domestic hot water along with a twelve zone Honeywell Evohome smart control system. This was all conducted in a friendy manner with due care and efficiency.  Needless to say everything has performed flawlessly since.   I would not hesitate to recommend ACK Mechanical.
