Friendly contact, a professional impression and above all completion of the orders on time convinced us. Greetings from Austria.

I ordered an HVAC part from Aclimatconsulting, which was advertised with a 1 to 1.5 delivery lead time. 1 week after our order, I emailed Aclimatconsulting asking for shipment tracking and "Dmitriy" respond stating that delivery time of 1 to 1.5 weeks means delivery to Aclimatconsulting warehouse. 2 weeks after my order, I email Aclimatconsulting again asking for shipping tracking and I receive a sarcastic and arrogant response demanding additional payment for shipping. At the time of order, we already paid nearly 150 euros for shipping cost alone, but Aclimatconsulting wanted more than double.
BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS OF PROCESSING TIMES AND HIDDEN ADDITIONAL CHARGES FROM ACLIMATCONSULTING.

While looking for a specific part for an air conditioning system that is no longer in production, we came across Aclimat Consulting. The company offers many parts that can no longer be found globally. The delivery organization was excellent, with effective supplier contact, timely delivery and feedback, quality products. We approached the company for two subsequent deliveries of other parts, everything was again top notch. We heartily recommend them.

Good communication pre-order confirming compatibility and availability. Quick delivery to the US from Europe and the follow up to check we were satisfied was welcome too. Would definitely use Aclimat Consulting again.

I did a google search for the part number I needed and immediately found this company. The products were easy to order, easy to pay for and delivery was within the promised time frame. DPD gtracking was also great!! The parts were identical to those needed. Some times what is displayed is not what comes. Pricing was also very fair!

Delighted with my experience buying a couple of Wi-Fi adaptors for units. I had been told that they were impossible to get in the UK and that I would have to use the 'upgraded' version. Found them on Aclimat, ordered over a weekend. Had a personal email over the weekend to confirm then received at the end of the week via FedEx (would have been sooner but slight FedEx delays). Genuine sealed parts which I have installed and they're perfect.
Further personal emails since delivery to check that I'm happy and that all is well. Would very much recommend.

They massively delayed and then lost my parcel in the delivery process and did not want to deal with it. They ran me in circles, making me call ups, ups then said to call them again. They did not want to issue a refund. Terribly frustrating.

I live in Norway and dealers where out of this unit. I found this site and purchased two wi-fi units for my Fujitsu heat pumps.
Communication was excellent, prices decent, shipping went super fast. Both units are now installed and working as intended.
Had a few questions along the way and the response was swift and to the point. Highly recommend this supplier.

I used this company because of the good reviews they had, but like most companies, good until something goes wrong.
I ordered a part, when it never came, i was told there were shipping problems and to give it a few more days, i left it 6 days before contacting them again it had not arrived, i had a email back stating it was delivered the previous day, but i did not sign for it, i checked my CCTV nothing showed and where it was said it was left, i do not have and my name was spelt different where it had to be signed.
I contacted Aclimat Consulting again i had not got the item and this was the reply i received back.

How do you imagine, Paul - how can I find out who received your order? I think it makes more sense for you to contact your local FedEx office and ask them. Me and our logistics staff can only process information on the FedEx website, unfortunately.
And I can say that FedEx is practically not mistaken - I think someone from your environment got it. You don't have to worry so much - just ask people around.
There were cases when they left it to neighbors because they could not transfer it to the address.

I did receive my item but it was delivered the day after, i find the reply very poor service.

The old saying "don't jugdge a book by it's cover" has never been so true.

Despite the site looking old and amateurish the service behind it is the most professionnal experience i had with a climatisation part-seller.

The part was delivered pretty fast, the motor was well protected and exactly what i ordered.

Dmitryi kept us informed throughout all the order and even ask after we received if everything was ok.

Will order again for sure.
