Bestelling geannuleerd geen geld terug
Order cancelled. No money refunded. After multiple emails, they only reply with 'ok'. Nothing else. Bad customer service so far. No products, no refund, no customer service. Ordered on April 30th. It is now May 16th and I am not getting any further. I will keep bombarding them with emails in the hope that it will still be corrected."

Delays, delays, delays!
Item worked great through the first 4 charges. Item stopped charging and battery was dead. Then I noticed a small brownish / blackish like burn hole in the item.
Pictures were taken and sent. Acknowledgement was received. There has been no contact from them since.
