Had Alex come to sort out my heating…

Had Alex come to sort out my heating system which wasn't connecting properly to my 'Hive' set up.
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Sorted the issue whilst having to move parts of the system about.
Being disabled I had struggled accessing the boiler which was behind a tall freezer. Rather than make me go through difficulties shifting it for access, Alex did it all. That's not something that always happens.
Would have no reservations using Alex again as it was a first class service.
