I shop in their Blasdell, NY location frequently. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful.they offer a great selection of yarn and Wilton products. Their pinwheel points program is wonderful.
I did however try their website and it is really awful to try to navigate and you cannot use gift cards or your pinwheel rewards certificate. Their tech support for the website is also awful. I will stick with shopping in store.
