The app doesn't work. I had no customer support. And I still haven't received my $5.00 back.

Still waiting for them to delete my…

Still waiting for them to delete my account I tried to make for my son, the whole thing was confusing and I got charged for everything and I still don’t know if there going to keep charging me monthly for something I don’t want.

I thought I cancelled this card but it still took out $8 and I don't know why. Y'all should make it easier to understand how to cancel everything now I'm over drafted and I was trying to avoid that. I'm not upset or raging but y'all definitely need to improve services

Parent Wallet

I dislike how my money has to be in parent wallet to transfer money to my child. I wish I could just put money on her card straight from my personal checking account also, so I didn’t have to have a parent wallet at all.
