Responsive when I had questions, and product was delivered promptly.

I only wish the ability to order custom sizes was clearly communicated in the ordering form.

The process wasn't quite as straight forward and "plug and play" as the site made it seem. Nothing was cut to length and most the hardware was loose in the box. That being said, the door trim works great and dropped the noise level by around 20 dB on average. Even knowing some of the frustration and hassle that was unexpected, I would order it again.

I picked up two 6’ x 2’ two inch thick panels for the wall behind my speakers, two 2’ x 2’ one inch panels for my ceiling reflection points and four 2’ x 2’ one inch panels for side reflection points, all in the color cordovan. They look and feel amazing but most importantly they made a huge difference in the sound of my listening room. Easy mounting and quick shipping. Thanks!!

The AlphaSorb fabric wrapped acoustical panels are wonderful. We are very happy with them!
I would have given a review of 5 stars but we were disappointed with the Whisperwave Ribbon sound baffles we also ordered. We had intended to install them in our work areas but the appearance and quality (easily dented/broken with minor pressure) were not on par with what we were expecting. Overall, very happy with Acoustical Solutions, just not the quality of the non-returnable Whisperwave product.

The pannel is simple, color was as expected, no frills and that's what I wanted, was easy to order too. As expected. But I ordered the hangning hooks and they are hidiously orange, no way I would use them. The shipping and extra $30 for the hooks were more than the pannel.

We got the external sound barrier expecting noise reduction from heavy bikes that our next-door neighbor works on. While there was not significant noise reduction due to the proximity of the neighbor's garage, and the relatively low height of our fence, the Acoustic solutions team was very responsive and generously addressed my concerns.

Incorrect product received (twice!) with frustrating customer service.

After ordering window seals in May and waiting the 8 weeks for them to arrive, they were the wrong dimensions! The company then sent replacements, and another 4 weeks later I received the replacement product with the SAME incorrect dimensions! On top of that, one of the frames was also damaged severely during shipping.

After that it took another two months of me hounding them to receive a refund, and now I am stuck with two sets of bulky window kits that I need to dispose of on my own. When I asked about compensation for the cost of disposal (and the inconvenience of the whole 6+ month experience), they basically told me it's not their problem.

Would not recommend dealing with this company. If something goes wrong (which happened to me twice), you are on your own.

Every employee that I talked to was very helpful. However, most people like myself do not have the experience needed to identify what product would be best. That’s what happened to me. If a significant red flag had popped up and alerted me to first talk to someone before I made a purchase that would’ve been very helpful for me. A small project has turned into a major project. Ordering is as simple as using the calculator to determine how much to get, picking out the type/style of panels and ordering. The sales team was quick to respond with any questions and gladly sent out the samples I requested. I will be ordering from them again!
