Called Acoustical Solutions to get information on fabric that would work on cabinets holding audio and video equipment and allow remotes to work without having to open the cabinet doors. Kevin McIver was excellent and sent me the link to two different fabric styles they carry. It was perfect. Plenty of colors to choose from. Ordering was easy. I asked to cancel the order within 24 hours. They replied saying I had to reach out to a specific colleague requesting cancellation, and gave me his email address, so I did that. But by then the product had already been shipped, so the second guy just wrote me back saying "too late" and that the product is non-refundable. Now I have a massive, expensive object I don't need.

We ran short on the material we ordered, I called and spoke with Don Strahle and he was able to get the extra material we needed delivered in 2 days. Can't thank him enough.

The acoustic product I ordered didn’t fit my need. I purchase one (1) to test before purchasing more. Also, I was surprised that the shipping charge was more than the product. Looking for a lower cost local solution.

Great product plus very responsive and great customer service. The videos they provided were very helpful in how to install the product. I used the 1/8 inch mass loaded vinyl.
Acoustical Solutions makes it very clear how heavy the product is. The only reason I give it four out of five stars is because the video made it seem much easier to install than it really is. The product is a special type of vinyl that obviously specializes in deadening. Oddly, it is not very strong, which is opposite of my experience with other vinyl that specializes in cushioning and comfort.
In fact, you can push your finger through the vinyl. This is an issue while hanging. You need to keep it in a roll and carry the weight while it is being fastened. This means cutting it to the length you need and rolling it up to then hang. It needs many fasteners on every stud to be sure it won’t fall.
All of that said, it works exactly as advertised!! I recommend Acoustical Solutions. I combined it with acoustical insulation.

Product (acoustic fabric for behind an AT projector screen) is exactly as advertised on website and delivery was rapid. Only downside is the high cost of shipping for a small quantity of material. In fairness, they do warn you about this on the website.

The resolution on my logo seemed to be low resolution. I contacted customer service they verified the quality would be fine and it come out perfect. Thank you!

Very good buying experience. Products are high quality and they ship lightning fast. Exactly what I wanted for my recording studio.

The product was exactly as described on the website and the price was as good value. The only reason I di not give a 5 star was because delivery was less than desirable. The boxes were not reinforced in the corners so the product was slightly deformed upon delivery.

Easy online ordering, quick shippping and delivery. Everything came in the right color as ordered. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the cardboard the fabric was rolled on was bent when delivered which left a slight imprint in the fabric. Not a huge deal at all since this for a home studio and I could care less. But I do think y’all should improve the method I. Which you ship the product. Maybe find stronger materials to roll the fabric on so that it will not bend during shipping.
