It took very long time as long as 1 month to deliver it./Italy-Slovakia/, after returning from holiday. I am dissapointed.

The price was good. I got all and it was easy to buy and to take with the shop buy mail. the shipping was taking some time. but when there was a problem with the shipping nicola call italian post and fix it . a relabel shop

Order over 1000 euro,not too fast delivery but except of this everything went smoothly,great communication with shop.

Unfortunately they sent me a different wetsuit which is even cheaper than the one I ordered and payed for. I contacted the shop immediately and they promised to arrange the exchange, but nothing happened. I tried to contact them again on phone (at least 5-6 times 3 different days) but they couldn't speak English (pretty strange that the first colleague I contacted could), they were not answering my emails after 2 weeks even though I translated my last mail to Italian.

Purtroppo mi hanno inviato una muta diversa, che è anche più economica di quella che ho ordinato e pagato. Ho contattato immediatamente il negozio e mi hanno promesso di organizzare lo scambio, ma non è successo nulla. Ho provato a contattarli di nuovo per telefono (almeno 5-6 volte in 3 giorni diversi) ma non parlavano inglese (abbastanza strano che il primo collega che ho contattato potesse), non rispondevano alle mie email dopo 2 settimane, anche se ho tradotto la mia ultima mail in italiano.

I order from Romania and the product arrived fast, in 6 days! The product was very well packed.

Took a little bit longer time then was expecting. Prices and discounts are very good comparing to others shops. Barbara offered to me a newer model regulator bag for free because those I have ordered were out of stock. That was very nice. I really appreciate this kind attitude to the customers.

I’m still waiting for my refund .. as they promised I will recive my order 2 days ago .. they said they have it ready in stock but after payment the truth showed up .. I didn’t receive the order nor the money.. they respond once everyday after 100s of trials.. avoid at all costs .. I know they dont care about these reviews but you guys should take it seriously

I bought a dive computer (white color) with transmitter from Acquasub, but the computer was delivered in black color. Very nice emails clarifying the problem were written. Very quickly and without complications the correct dive computer was sent and a transport company picked up the wrong computer at home to bring it back to Acquasub. I am very grateful for the good and uncomplicated solution to the problem. I highly recommend Acquasub!

I ordered from Acquasub, they confirmed product availablility and send me quote for international shipping. I faced a small issue with delivery and Barbara was very helpful and she managed to fix it for me
