I've been doing MLO business for more than 10 years and have been in the industry for over 20 years now. Still, I am very nervous and worried about working with newly contracted lenders. However, Acra Lending, especially my AE and his team, have wiped out my concerns. They always respond so quickly and teach me how to process efficiently and tackle with conditions in detail. I truly appreciate their service, help and support!!

My account executive and account manager are fantastic and have been for years. Underwriters are much better than 5 years ago, so overall I trust your company. I do miss the Snickerdoodle cookies though.

Jacob Arko has provided great service to our deals, he is responsive and communicates clear terms that satisfy what our clients are looking for. Also has gone the extra mile for us, finding exceptions that make the transactions possible.

I absolutely love Laura VanOlden however your system is not easy to work with and the process is very delayed. It is not a great experience not to be able to view ANYTHING uploaded, reviewed or cleared. This puts the brokers in the dark completely throughout the process with high pressure on your team to give responses and updates which is a delay and waste of time. would be better if we could view loan all together.

Acra has been the best in meeting my client's needs. I was able to do a bridge loan for a fix and flip and a refinance, all within 60 days! Without hassle, even for draws, and at very, very competitive pricing. Working with Vince Ramos is a pleasure and ensures repeat business from investors.

Over all Anna was great to work with. Getting closing documents seemed to take longer than expected. I feel like there could have been more communication as to what we were waiting for.

The process in getting this bridge loan approved and closed was tedious. However the people involved, Stephen Salanitri, Lola Cole and Amanda Goodman were fantastic. Stephen really went above and beyond to help us get this closed on time. Amanda is also amazing and went above and beyond as well!! We couldn't have done it without them!

Stephen Smith is always so helpful and available to answer all of my questions!

Our Account Rep. Rose Sodano, was extremely diligent, highly communicative and involved from the very beginning when we needed an exception until the end when we encountered some borrower turbulence. I cannot safe enough good things about Rose and Acra.
