Ordering was a breeze, and the customer service was excellent. My question regarding my order was addressed promptly. I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely shop here again.

We had a a problem on the initial delivery. We contacted the company who immediately found a solution and the problem item was replaced within three days, including delivery. First class service throughout.

I ordered samples. Paid £3 each for two samples, which should have come with free delivery.
Be warned - the delivery may not be free!
I had to pay Royal Mail a fee because there was insufficient postage put on the sample package by the sender, which meant that the delivery was not free.
I contacted Acrylic Sheet Cut to Size twice to request a refund for the postage costs and received no reply to either message.
Very poor customer service.

Easy to order and great service. I had a query about my order which was answered so quickly. Very happy with my purchase and would use again.

I ordered some Acrylic sheets cut to size with holes drilled in each top corner. I didn’t see anything asking if holes to be cut length size or width size. I requested holes to be cut top left and top right. When the sheets finally came after a delay I found the holes had been cut length wise which is no good to me at all. Also I was not sent a confirmation at time of order about my final order. I have tried to contact this company by phone but they do not answer the phone, I also see they have removed their phone number from their website? Wondering why? Also don’t reply to emails sent as well.
Very poor customer service, not willing to sort out any delivery issues or mistakes on their behalf. I would not be using this company again. Beware

Placed and paid for my order (AS-67848).
Phoned many many times, only answered once and told it would be delivered 4th March. No contact whatsoever from the company since. Want a refund or the goods within 7 days.

Great service, the acyclic was cut to the measurements I requested. Delivered within the time frame.Very good quality and excellent service all round

Placed my order 12th January but yet to receive. Tried contacting them via e-mail and phone but no success. I beleive this company has gone out of business.

Ordered some samples over a month ago. Chased several times by email and tried phoning. No responses except for the initial order confirmation - luckily for not much money.
I can only think seeing other very recent one star reviews this firm has gone out of business so best avoided ! Even if they haven’t I wouldn’t order again from them as too slow and unprofessional.

placed an order on 10May and requested update but no response to emails requesting update - what has gone so wrong given the many many 5 star reviews ( or are they not genuine??)

I've got the exact same issue as John below.

I placed my order on the 24th of April and I have not received anything yet. I sent them an email on the 2nd of May as I didn't receive an email from them to confirm that my order have been processed. I got a reply from the Office Manager saying that the order will be with me no later than May the 10th. I sent another email 5 days ago as I still haven't received my order, but no answer or any update whatsoever. I'm hoping that this business is still operating as normal.

I placed an order on the 21st of April and have not recieved my goods, after the expected 10 working days. The only communication I've received is an order acknowledgement but no subsequent communications about dispatch or delivery. I've tried emailing and phoning but have not recieved a reply. It would be nice if the company could keep me updated, even if the items are expected to be late. Now I may have to place a duplicate order elsewhere since I have no idea if I'm going to receive the goods I paid for.

Cut correctly, fitted perfectly.

My order took longer than expected to arrive, but when I chased it up I got a very rapid & apologetic response and explanation, and it then arrived 2 days later as promised.

My 4th or 5th order. Always exactly correct. Perfectly packaged. Faultless.

Product good but delay in receiving it. They were very apologetic via email, but impossible to get hold of by phone, always put through to answer machine. I had made a small error in my measurements and were able alter in time. I think they are a very good company, I just may have caught them at a bad time.

Good range of products, easy to use website and pay however deducting the bank holidays, weekends and the date of order I've yet to receive the item we are currently on working day 11.

Very happy with purchase - fitted perfectly. Delivered when it said it would be. Will be ordering from again soon
