ACT put together a beautiful new website for us, very quickly and with a superb degree of interaction, communication and intuition. We could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend.

Act have done 2 photo shoots for Hoe Grange Holidays, improving our appeal to guests by showcasing our cabins to the best effect.
Although our previous photos were good and professionally done, the new photos from ACT really make our accommodation stand out from the crowd.
One particular dusk shot transformed the occupancy of our lowest performing cabin making it our best performer without changing anything else. This added thousands to our income. more than paying for the cost of the shoot.

We had a great experience with ACT all the way through and are absolutely thrilled with the new photos and the walkthrough is amazing. We really feel that he has captured the uniqueness and the sense of space in the house. The twilight shots are beautiful and make you want to walk right in through the open door. There are more location shots than I was expecting and they are also really great and showcase just how beautiful and interesting the surrounding area is, we are particularly fond of the photo of the life sized Harry Styles cutout on the high street! I also noticed he has stopped off on his way to take some stunning photos of the menai bridge which we really appreciate as he must have been dying to get home. Thanks so much.

I have known the people at ACT for a number of years and have always found them really approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. We initially started using them over 5 years ago for our cottage photography and 3D tour. When we've updated the cottage we have had a few new shots taken since. The photography is always fabulous. Marcin puts a lot of time and thought into setting the scene. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

I spoke to Andrew on another matter after meeting him again at a conference and during the conversation said that I wasn't happy with our website as I thought that it was looking a bit tired. I had looked at some of the websites produced by ACT and felt that they were much more appealing than ours. I had also undertaken a speed check on our site and found it to be very slow to load when compared to ACT websites. Andrew suggested that they could build a new website at what I considered to be a very a reasonable price. I am so pleased that I decided to accept.

The whole process has been very easy. Jo produced a number of images to help me choose a new colour scheme and was very careful and patient to ensure that I was happy with the final decision. Nothing was too much trouble. I am delighted with our new site.

I have been in the holiday rental business for over 15 years, they are my go-to for photography and web design.

I had a temporary website which I wasn't real proud of and was relying more on my agents to drive bookings and wasn't in any big rush to get a more professonal and polished website. Over time, I realised that my lovely holiday home, Ruadh, really deserved a much better website and I'm glad I picked ACT Studios through ASSC and I now happily share it with family, friends and potential customers far and wide.

Jo kept in touch with regular emails and via WhatsApp, supplied a million billion photos of my property, and some text to frame the copywriting onto. It was up and running in short order, nothing was too much trouble and starting to generate more direct bookings. I'd happily recommend using ACT Studios.

So, to put my review into context - we have a little holiday cabin, called Malvern hills lodge, that I built on our farm. It historically has been let out by the use of a smaller, but well known booking agent (250 property kinda size).
We average 94% occupancy rate througout the year - so all good!
Needless to say, We've not been in a rush to have a website built! Didn't seem any point!

Until now........
just recently our little booking agent has been bought up and consumed by one of the mega behemoths of the booking agency world. So we are now lumped in with 21000 other properties!
I'm no genius - by any stretch - but we could well forsee that our bookings would quietly bomb on this new platform. Purely down to the fact we are nowhere near as visible as we used to be!
After a phone call to Squirrels nest treehouses (who moved away from their agent). I soon found myself merrily chatting away to Jo from ACT studios. I think she got the measure of us pretty quickly and It was blatantly obvious she knew way more about websites than I was ever going to... in my life.
On top of that - we needed an operational, bookable and very much live website within 3 weeks, to coincide with an advert we were releasing, in a glossy mag.
Jo felt this was very achievable - so we signed up with ACT.
I'm not gonna lie - getting all the copy written, pictures sorted, booking system and design choices made - used parts of my brain that have not seen much action in a very, very long while!
However, Jo was always on hand to guide us - either by phone calls or just whatsapp messages.
I've no doubt I tested her patience to the core, trying to understand this alien subject and I'm sure she rolled her eyes more than once at my agricultural humour - but at the end of it all. Jo and the team from ACT have delivered us, what I think is a great little website. Which portrays our property in the light we wish it to be seen in and more importantly allows us to operate independently of a booking agent!
We're really pleased with it and I hope the guys from ACT are proud of it too. A special mention has to be given to Melissa - I never spoke with her, but she had a large part in piecing it all together and helping refine the website into what we have today.
And yes - the website was completed, with its bespoke branding and fully bookable calendar, in the 3 week timeframe!

Within an incredibly short period of time and at a very reasonable cost, Jo and the team at ACT Studios have transformed my original website into one that I am now truly proud of it. I cannot praise them highly enough in terms of fulfilling my brief, capturing the essence of my holiday let business and producing a professional looking website that looks stunning and is easy to navigate - features that were notably lacking in the original one!!
