I have previously bought a thumb splint from Actesso and was impressed with the speed of response and the product itself so when I wanted a wrist support for the other hand I went straight to the same company and again had an incredibly quick response.
I have very slim wrists, so was a bit concerned as to whether the wrist support with metal splint would fit as it is a universal size, but it seems fine. It helps with an irritated tendon in my forearm.
I don’t use the metal splints in the thumb splint but it still provides enough support for me and I just use it when doing jobs around the house etc.
I have recommended this firm to a neighbour.

My size was unavailable
I've been buying these wrist sprints for several years. They are perfect for treating my carpel tunnel syndrome. This time my size L was unavailable so I bought XL. It took five days to arrive. I think I may be able to use it.

Very quick to deliver. Much earlier than expected. the product is excellent. Well made and even better than I expected. I have also had three nights of complete rest from my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome somce wearing the support. Can't be bad.!!

Great products, great service…
I have used Actesso products for quite a while because of the comfort and quality. I like to order directly from them and usually it is a perfect transaction. This time, though, the incorrect product was sent - a simple error - but it took you down from 5 stars to 4 this time.
However, I emailed regarding the problem yesterday evening and received a response at 8.42am this morning with an apology and assurances that the correct product will be sent today, by registered post, and also an envelope to return the incorrect item, also by registered post, with no charge to me. Now THAT is great customer service.
