Once again, great product and service!
I wanted to take advantage of some price reductions on the website and emailed the company seeking some advice on materials. They were extremely helpful and answered my questions fully. Order placed, I was expecting the items to take a while to arrive as Christmas post has been very dodgy, but within 2 working days my items arrived and I am very happy with all of them. These should keep me going for a while now. Very happy with the support and service. Thank you 😀

A Waste Of Money On A Substandard Product
I bought Actesso Wrist Support Splint (Beige Breathable Pair Right & Left) for my partner who has Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both wrists. It is suggested on their website that if your wrist measures slightly over the latter end of a size, it is best to order the next size up, so I ordered medium. The photo depicted on the Actesso website is misleading, as it does not look like that when on. The rough stitching irritated my partner's skin. This was within one hour of use, and the metal inserts are too rigid and left my partner in more pain than they were already in. At just under £24 I would have expected something better I would not recommend this product. I have now received a refund for the item although I wasn't reimbursed for the postage.

Ordering items is easy
Ordering items is easy. When enquiring about items not arriving, Customer Services are friendly and helpful in their reply. With Actesso using the Royal Mail as their free and should be easy delivery vehicle, I am afraid it is the Royal Mail which lets them down, just in the same way the Royal Mail lets down many people.

Wrist splints
I wanted to change the size, this was done before they sent it out. Only thing i don't like is how sweaty this product is. I didn't realise that they have a breathable option. I have just been diagnosed with carpol tunnel and was having a terrible flare up. I wanted something quick and was in too much pain to do research on line what was available.
