I used to order my shakes from them and spent quite a lot of money and was more than happy to do so, when I tried to place my last order which would have been several hundred pounds worth, just could not get past their strange home page.

Can anyone advise me as to where I purchase the Orange flavoured citric acid powder? I’ve tried everywhere online and I’m having no luck and I only have a little left.

Have been replacing my lunches with actidiet shakes when I’ve needed to lose a little weight, following a very successful actidiet weight loss plan 2 years ago. Shakes are tasty and easy to use. I’ve never had a problem with delivery.
I last ordered from actidiet in November but now I want to reorder the actidiet website appears to have disappeared.

I’ve been having products for the last 2 months and have had no problems with delivery or customer service. Find them very responsive

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from!! Have been using ActiDiet for over 6 months and can say the results are amazing. Always delivered quickly and I even had extras included.

As to the taste, the shakes are amazing, my favourites are toffee and chocolate brownie!! Meals aren't really my thing but the soup is amazing, you must try Thai soup if you like things spicy, it helps you drink extra water too!!

Great if you want to lose weight, I now use to maintain or when I've had a blow out weekend to get back on track.

Highly recommend.

I placed an order through HydraSlim and my funds have been taken out it has been over a month and still no product not happy whatsoever I have been contacting the company through email and they will not reply!

I thought I'd ordered hydra-slim from Acti diet. I put a review on her saying how disappointed I was as I hadn't recieved my order. Within minutes Sally from Acti diet got in touch with me asking for the details of my order. I was mortified to discover I hadn't actually placed my order through them at all. Sally put me in touch with someone that could help me get to the bottom of it. The customer service was fantastic for someone who wasn't even a customer, Sally went above and beyond the call of duty. Sally has actually offered to give me a free trial of the hydra slim, which was so kind, after not having much faith she has totally restored it. I'll give another review after I've tried the product. Once again thanks to Sally for all your help and support!

Do NOT under any circumstances use this company. Zero response from customer service despite numerous emails to them. My email address is now being deluged - and it has ONLY been used here. I am reporting this site to every organisation available and then I will report to the police.

Diet works well. Lots of shakes & meals good, some terrible. Works for me tho. Customer service is dire & they will not accept criticism! Comments other than praise are deleted from their FB page!
My shaker broke, I was advised to make another meal order & they’d send new one. I’d only just made an order so asked for just shaker. Nope. With no choice I placed an order I didn’t need & it came with no shaker! I have messaged & emailed constantly since November & no-one will contact me! Not a single reply! I’m stuck with all this product now & out of pocket! Am seeking legal advice. Do not touch this company! It’s a shame because the diet is ok but the market is full of similar! I just wanted to talk to someone! No wonder they don’t have a telephone contact number. Appalling! Shame on you Acti!
Edit: See Acti response below! First time they have responded in months! I have a copy of every single email & msg sent! All sent to the exact address they state below, as well as numerous messages sent via their home page in the format they present. I have emailed (again), as suggested below, let’s see what happens.
UPDATE: Sally Smith from Acti has been in contact since this post & has done her best to put matters right. Not good it took so long & had to do this but good on her for sorting the mess out :)

Thought I'd leave a review as people that are usually satisfied don't bother.. The food isn't bad at all and you can experiment with it. The chocolate pudding can be made into a moose if you add extra water and don't let it cook as long this makes it tastier. The soups can be made into bread if you mix with less water and put in the oven. Some shakes are awful, but you need to try all to find one you like. I love the choc mint but everyone is different. I also love the toffee porridge . This diet has worked for me in the past I lost 2.5 stone and now I'm on it again after having a baby and so far lost 3 and a half st.. I still have a way to go but I swear by this diet, you ain't going to get food that tastes like a steak dinner when you've got pounds to shed. You've just got to decide what your priorities are. I would rather eat diet food than be fat even if i dont like the taste. The first time i ordered this food i didnt know what to choose as i had no idea if id like it or not, so i ended up stuck with food i didnt like, but at least after the first order i knew what to order and avoid the following time. All I have now is mushroom pasta, toffee porridge, choc mint shake and chocolate pudding. It's easy to stick to once you find the foods that suit your pallet.

I ordered a month of this diet.... The meals were awful, very salty, chocolate pudding tasted and smelled like cardboard. The soups and shakes weren't bad. Wont order again as I just cant force the meals down

Not sure if these shakes work or not just been on them a few days but I think they taste horrible - just glupy and not much difference in taste between coconut and strawberry. Don't think I'll buy them again simply because of the taste.

I used weight 2 go and loved the meals. Very satisfying and tasty real food. I was disappointed when I re ordered and found the meals were no longer real food but powder to be reconstituted with water.
However the shakes are good... not as good as the weight 2 go which were so thick and creamy but still a lot better than others I've tried. I will continue to use the shakes as a maintenance tool that works very well for me.
I've just re ordered a load as my weight has been creeping up after inclusive holiday and I know within a few weeks I'll be feeling great again.

no problem with service or communication but this powdered food is just awful and portions are minute. Synthetic flavours and no actual meat in any of the cottage pie etc meals. I'm glad I only paid for one week to try it out. What a shame 'weight to go' allowed itself to be taken over by this brand.

Delivered when requested, i continue to use these products and my weight keeps going down, Keep up the good work

Horrible shakes. There hydraslim causes such a bad reaction to you. Don’t go near anything

I have used ActiDiet a couple of times over the last year. The first time I lost 2.5 stone and found the diet very easy to stick to (I make my own small portion of porridge for breakfast, have 2 sachets during the day and then have a low carb meal for dinner). I only really use the soups and shakes for convenience. This time I have put a little weight back off over Christmas and am confident that it will be gone in a month or two - have already lost just under half a stone in 2 weeks but the initial loss can be deceptive due to water loss. The service has always been fast and have never had problems - in fact I often get some free items with my order!

I have used this company in the past when the diet was weight to go and it was brilliant loved the meals and shakes they are always emailing me with offers and I decided to order from them again can't fault how quickly my order came but w as disappointed when I received it to find that the meals are actually powder form, I have emailed the company twice and have getting no reply I'm very unhappy.

Poor customer service and rude staff and poor product knowledge. Will not use again.

Ordered a diet plan and although the money has been taking I cannot find out if the order has been processed.
