What a terrible website! I am in Canada so I am on the .CA website. Apparently from what I have read they randomly choose USD or CDN which no real thought process and you don’t know until the end!
The free shipping has a globe beside it…. But just the US? What an egocentric view.

This company shipped my product with the 3 conflicting hazmat decals, causing the shipping carrier to stop the shipment midway and hold it in Provo, UT. The action heat company's so-called customer service will not help and says it's my problem to deal with.
I am forced to drive 60 miles to pick up the package at the carrier's hub or pay the carrier to dispose of it, as they will not return the package to the sender or continue shipment due to incorrect and conflicting hazmat markings. All due to the incompetence of this company. The way this company treats it's customers is absolutely disgusting and repulsive. When dealing with shipping batteries or other hazmat items, it's the SHIPPERS responsibility to ship the items properly and with the proper markings. This company is trying to state it's my problem and their answer was to tell me "just go the the post office to pick it up". 60 miles away! Buyer beware! I will be disputing the charges and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
