After meeting Alan in the Ideal Home Show and seeing their product it was easy to work with him to find a solution that would work for us and bring our home alarm into modern technology and fully protect our family. With installation quickly scheduled and installed and tested by Kieron efficiently as well made it a perfect process and already see it is an excellent service and technology making our life much easier and safer.

Replacing alarm system
I had an old system I wanted to upgrade. Action 24 replaced all old units with modern equivalents. Installer re-used old cable for keypad/controller which other companies refused to do. System works much better. Could not be happier hence 5-star rating.

I received a text from the engineer Malcolm to let me know what time he would arrive. Malcolm arrived right on time, walked through my house and explained where the sensors would be best placed. After the installation Malcolm went through how the system operated. The service provided was excellent. Highly recommended.

It was a seemless experience from the salesman to the installation . Installer came at the allotted time and worked without stopping until the job was done. Showed me the workings of the system so I was confident in its operation.

5 stars for Action24. Excellent customer service
I would highly recommend Action24 over the other companies in the same field for many reasons. The onboarding process with them as a new customer was smooth and very professional. Bradley from their sales team was pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and patient; despite the many questions I had! The communication was outstanding, either via email or phone - I was never left waiting for a reply and they proactively followed up on the phone. They are very transparent with explaining the contract, fees and installation process and never pushed me for any add ons. Lastly, the installation itself on the day was seamless thanks to Malcolm. Malcolm arrived on time as confirmed by their scheduling team , and again was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained in detail what he was going to do and asked for my input where needed. Malcolm was very efficient and accommodating of the fact that I was working from home, working around my meetings which was much appreciated! I can tell that this company values their customers. 5 stars

We had an engineer, Malcolm, ring us today about a loose wire on top of our front wall deterrent box. He went above and beyond to help us remove it even though we didn’t ask for it. They have good lads as alarm engineers!
