Since working with Natalie, my confidence as the CEO of growing organisation has improved immensly. I have learnt more about myself, which has led me to be more confident in my planning and decision making. My determination has more purpose and my energies are more focused. I am really enjoying my coaching journey!

Rachel is a fantastic coach and we have got a tremendous amount out of both our one on one coaching sessions and the GROWTH club 90 day session at Buxted Park.

Rachel has helped us think much more strategically about the business and to put better communication practices in place which are already helping us move projects and ultimately the business forward much more quickly. We still have a lot to do but I now feel we have a clear plan and support available when we need it.

We are working with Tony and his Team at Action Coach Derby. Tony has been helping us over the last 12 months to focus on working on the Business as opposed to working in the Business and getting involved in day to day tasks. We have with Tony's help implemented price reviews and various changes to processes and this has proved successful. He is still continuing to help us through weekly coaching sessions to plan, look at our focus sheet and keep implementing the changes and processes that have started to make a difference to Tool-Cal. We are still getting the guidance and support we need to work on Business Opportunities and new projects, and gaining confidence as we work together with Action Coach. Catherine Manning and her team in Bromley have really helped me get through the toughest 2 years for my business, during the COVID-19 pandemic. I own a serviced office building and the government were telling people to work from home, when I had 16 offices still to let. Catherine has really helped me keep focus, pushed me when I needed it, and given my strength when I had to be strong for everyone else in the building, and my business network. We are nearly at the end of that tough 2 years, and I only have 2 offices to let, and my mindset is back on track, with a very different outlook.
I would highly recommend Catherine and her team. What makes her different? Yes she’s read all the right business books and done all the theory, but she’s also owned and run a high profile company herself, and sold it! Big difference! So when I’m talking with her, she knows exactly where I’m coming from. Absolute 5 star rating!

Our Electrical Contracting business has been running since 2001, a natural development from Electrician to Business Owner. By the beginning of 2021 we realised we needed some 'business' education if we were to continue to successfully grow our turnover and our team. Flying by the seat of our pants was just not cutting it anymore & we were meeting ourselves coming backwards trying to 'do' and 'manage' but we had no idea how to go about changing this. We decided to take the plunge & engage with Martin Baille of Bury St Edmunds Action Coach. So far our learning journey has provided us the education & tools to understand our business. Where we are currently, what we would like to achieve by when, setting our financial forecasts & being able to measure if we are achieving these, getting in place test & measure processes to identify where our marketing budget needs to be targeted and how successful this is, how to manage our time to be the most productive and so much more. Most importantly for us has been learning the 'mind-set' of a business manager / owner rather than an operative within the business - we are not there yet but we are definitely heading in the right direction. The journey so far has been interesting, challenging & definitely an education. When we first started on this learning path, we'll be honest we were not totally convinced but as we go forward & we review what & how we have changed & developed since we started, with Martin's guidance we believe we are on the right path to continue to grow & develop our business to achieve our business goals and ultimately our personal dreams & most importantly achieving this whilst still maintaining a good work life balance with family along the way; who at the end of the day are our drivers for making this a success.

I met Simac at exactly the right time. I believe the words I used were 'I need help spinning a million plates' and I was late to our first meeting! I was questioning if I was even capable of doing my job because I just seemed to be achieving nothing and my outlook was so negative.
