Scam
Once you place an order and they have your money, they send a USPS notice that a shipping lable is ready, then there is zero communication and emails to the store bounce from unrecognsied accounts.

Highly recommended this website exactly what you need if you enjoy any action figures from most pop culture movies like Star Wars and great prices and staff highly recommend

Store had what I wanted, and shipped what I ordered, plus a few extra figures as an apology for a minor delay in shipping. I think this counts as above/beyond expectations in terms of customer service. As a purchaser I'd ask if all the one stars listed here were actually just delayed shipping and kneejerk responses to not getting their plastic by the next week, who eventually got orders but forgot to come back here after the fact. Backlogs happen, and Tom did more then he had to to accommodate me. Strongly recommend this shop, would buy from again.

I bought figure in Feb 27 and still hasn't came. Don't buy anything from the store.

Placed an order on March 10th, and got a shipping confirmation right away, which I took as a good sign. Days turned to weeks, though, and there were no updates. I sent emails, and contact through the website, and never got a response. Had to eventually do a charge back (my first!) and was able to recover the money spent at least.

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered, because I would then have known that this seller is sketchy as can be.

I have ordered in the past (2021) with no problem. Prompt, good condition etc. so when I placed a second order I was confident. Now, it’s been 6 weeks and my shipment is still untraceable. I have emailed them many times with a confirmation number and no one has has the courtesy to even respond.

I have no choice but to contact visa and reverse the charges.

I sincerely hope that nothing bad has happened to the owners of this store.

Fake! Motormaster legacy too good to be true

Most excellent. Figures received in great condition complete with accessories even international shipping went great is quick and very good packaged. Great prices much better then ebay or elsewhere. And now Moe (Simpsons) will be added to his tavern in the Simpsons pinball party pinball machine. Glad to have found it here.

Hey Guys, I just ordered from this site actionfiguresandcomics.com). I am a little concerned, it has been a full week and I have had not hear from them, no email to confirm shipment, I have also sent an email. I paid by paypal through the website. This company also have an Ebay page, not sure if it helps anyone else that has been ignored by the seller. Guess I will have to contact paypal to re-fund me the money .. Id just want them to send the stuff!!! and respond to emails.

I came here after buying from them on ebay. Fast shipping great action figures. I bought from here multiple times, one time they sent the wrong figure and made it right. The selection and price are hard to beat.

This is a weird site. It has an incredible range and decent prices. And it is officially linked to a real eBay store by the same name. (So, if you’re not finding Tom responsive via e-mail, I suggest going to the eBay store and messaging also)

At any rate, my review only relates to the website itself. I have never dealt with Tom Handley on eBay.

For reasons unknown, it is just wildly unreliable these days. There is a chance you will actually get the stuff. It’s happened to me once before.0

But MORE likely, and this seems to be the experience of other reviewers here, you’ll pay and just never hear anything ever again. And you’ll end up doing a PayPal claim.

My advice would be: Don’t waste your time.

The seller never responds to emalis and he never sent the orders. DO NOT BUY HERE IT IS A SCAM.
