Low resolution images taken from the web.

Also known as Vintage Poster Shop in Brighton.

I ordered two posters. The print is that of a laser colour photocopier but that wasn't the issue. The images used were very low resolution, meaning they were simply taken from the web. They don't actually own the original to scan from so they actually do not own the copyright for them.

Poor customer service makes me Scream !

I ordered a poster ( Edvard Munch The Scream size A3 ) from actionposters.co.uk. (Account debited straight away for £8.19 , the poster was £4.99 ) A week after I had placed the order I had no poster or email telling me it had been dispatched. I sent email to ask what was going on. I got a reply that said he was on holiday at present ( l take it it's a one man operation ) and order couldn't be sent until his return on Monday. Ok , would have been good to know this beforehand and I would have went elsewhere. Anyway the poster arrived after about two weeks after placing the order. I was not impressed with the poster as it had stated that it was size A3 which it was ( A3 paper ) but the picture has white boarders on the top and bottom of more than an inch in size. Had I known this I would not have ordered this poster ( doesn't look as good in an A3 frame ) I emailed to let him know this but he hasn't bothered to respond. I was not satisfied with the service or product received from actionposters.co.uk.
