Action Refund specializes in the recovery of assets that were lost as the result of online financial fraud. As of today, there is very little enforcement of regulation when it comes to preventing online scammers from committing fraud; there are little to no official agencies that oversee online trading. That is why Action Refund works as hard as possible and uses existing regulations to make sure every person who approaches us gets the most professional fund recovery service available. Upon collecting all the necessary information and establishing that your request is valid and that fraud has indeed occurred, you will receive information and instructions as to how we will begin the process of getting back your lost funds. Together with you, we will decide on the best and most efficient course of action in order to successfully recover your funds. Action Refund’s comprehensive services include a free consultation where we will provide you with all the information that is necessary to begin your case. If action is required, our company will investigate the matter and represent you before the fraudulent company, your bank, regulators, and any other necessary agency. With us, you can be certain all measures are taken to guarantee you the best chances of success and to get back what is rightfully yours.

They are big scammers and stay away

They are big scammers and stay away. They keep changing the staff / emails addresses etc and makes you fool and never deliver to their promises and gurantees. I had lost $8K-$10K of their fees and plus lost $172K too.

My Case Reference Case 43413 is and I have been with multiple staffed named Carlo Garcia / Chris Dakisa / Aisha Agrawal / Lhea Modles / Barry all your staff has bluffed me and made me fake promises and Barry actually giving gurantee in writing that you will receive the funds or refunds the fees but it was fake all the staff names keep changing and email addresses even doesn't work. I actually have the ActionRefund contract copy toofi you need the proof & further copy of all the emails. Even the letters produced was very very poor quality so many typo and spelling mistakes nothing was achieved. All financial insitute knows now that this sort of letters are coming from your company only.

Dear "Bajaj Trading",

We are committed to maintaining a high level of service and integrity at Action Refund, and we take all feedback seriously. However, we have reason to believe that your review may not reflect a genuine experience with our company.

Your review lacks specific details that would allow us to verify your claim and assist you appropriately. Despite our attempts to reach out and request additional information, we have not received a response. This lack of cooperation is inconsistent with the actions of a genuine client seeking resolution.

At Action Refund, we pride ourselves on our transparency and accountability. We have a dedicated team that works diligently to support our clients, and we have numerous verified success stories to prove our effectiveness.

If you have indeed interacted with our services, we urge you to provide your case ID or any other pertinent details to support@actionrefund.com so we can address your concerns directly. If we do not receive a response, we will have to consider this review as an attempt to unjustly tarnish our reputation.

We remain dedicated to assisting our genuine clients and will continue to deliver on our promises with the utmost professionalism.

Best regards,

Marvin
Manager, Action Refund

Thank you Action Refund

I was not aware that they can trace the crypto currency transactions. I inquired with them in April and got my results in the first week of May, 2024. It was not easy and was stressful though they delivered the reports on time and which solved my problems.

I started in with Action Refund last…

I started in with Action Refund last summer. I provided them with all the evidence I had and they traced my money to the exact wallets that were taking my money from my Binance account. Not only we got to freeze them but we also got our money back from the scammer wallet. I highly recommend their professional services as they have done what the promised.

Reply from Action Refund

Dear Fabian Arcayo,

We are genuinely surprised and disappointed by your review. At Action Refund, we pride ourselves on providing professional and transparent services, and we have no idea why you would leave such misleading comments.

You received a free consultation from us, during which we clearly explained that, unfortunately, your case did not meet the specific qualifications required for us to assist you. At no point did we demand any payment for services we could not provide. We always encourage our clients to work closely with their banks, as their involvement is crucial in such matters.

Your accusation that we are "scammers" is defamatory and reflects poor judgment. We take all feedback seriously, but it's important to address false accusations directly. Action Refund upholds the highest standards of integrity, and your review does not reflect the reality of our interaction.

Sincerely,
Marvin
Action Refund

They are not going to get you money back, they are going to take more

Please do not use AR you NOT going to get your money back. It sounds like they know what they do but they don’t. They have no experience and no contacts with the local authorities as required. You can’t get your scammed mony back without the police cooperation.
You pay AR a lot of money after you been scammed of everything you own and they will not do anything good for you. You will receive a lot of meaningless letters that sometimes make it worse.
AR take advantage of people in need for help and in the beginning they deliver comfort and hope so you think you going to receive anything back but they will not deliver, I promise. When you start questioning theirs work methods they start to offend you and not get back to you, soon your first 6 months has gone and they want more money from you.
They are my worst experience ever, first you get scammed and then AR scams you again. Please not hire them and do my mistake. The things AR provide you can do by your self, save your money.

Dont give them anything they are scammers too

Dont give them anything ! they are scammers , they charged me insane amounts of money for services that doesnt work and they made a fool out of me . they sent me random word documents with grammar mistakes to send to the "financial institutions" but they make you send letter to places that couldn't even help . For example I was made to send a regulatory complaint about an exchange , and I got responses that the places I sent letters to have nothing at all to do with my case ! I feel so ashamed... They are just scammers and they will waste your time .

SCAMMERS

This company and its individuals are total SCAMMERS, you will get nothing back. They can obviously find people and the organisations that originally scammed them, this gives them a degree of credibility. They extract the max They can from you, then all goes quiet!

Scammed $120k

Scammed $120k. Contacted scammed money refund services all require a large amount of money upfront, no guarantee of finding your lost money. Why pay upfront without a guarantee of finding lost money? People can’t afford to be scammed again.

they are scammers.

They are scammers.
I contacted them because I lost money, and they called me back in the conversation I felt that there was something not right.
Decided not to give them money and then they started bombarding me with emails and calls, that I don’t know how to stop them to bother me.
Please be aware!!!
Real company will never bombard you this way after you said not interested in their service.

The staff of Action Refund take great care and interest in individual's cases.

The staff of Action Refund take personal interest in my case, supporting, suggesting and delivering, really above expectations. The continuous professional communication in almost daily phone calls and very respectful and informative emails keep my expectations positive for the outcome. I still do trust that the outcome (fund recovery) will be far above my expectations. The realistic expected timeframe (3-6 months) of the period that it would take, make me aware of the professionalism, loyalty and diligency in which Action Refund's Staff operate, for customer's utmost satisfaction. I would recommend their service.

These are exactly the same scammers as…

These are exactly the same scammers as Kingston Advisory LTD. First they call you as Kingston Advisory LTD to get the money from you. When you know that you lost it, they call you again as Action Refound LTD offering help in getting back your lost money. By their accent you may see they are Ukrainians.

Satisfied Action Refund Customer

Action Refund has been good to me since from day one. They have been professionally handling my case and supporting me every step of the way. I have not yet recovered my money but I do believe that they eventually help me recover all my money that I have been scammed for. They keep following up by giving me a call now and then to make sure my dispute is we handled. So far I am a satisfied customer.

I have known over a year ago that there is scammers group. They co-operate with scam trading platforms for.ins. fxoro/orofintech. When clients have lost their money using scam trading platform, they take contact to The client and promise to refund the lost money. They only collect more money to Israel bank and dissappear.
About those telephone numbers from where they calls..people can read refund scam. Question is ab. Global fraud. Ridiculous scam.
