ugly subscription order price hike
was ordering via Amazon for a few months via subscription was happy with the price i was getting for fortnight delivery till i found out my last order jacked the price up a 3rd so from £9.90 per case to £14.38 per case essentially wiped out the savings I'd made and I had to cancel the order, the price is just not sustainable for 12 600ml the Price of this product is purely a monopoly pricing issue because NO other products on the market are selling ionized water and this trend really needs to change.

Stolen delivery immediately replaced
My pqckage was stolen by the driver (he declared to have delivered without having proof of it, and perhaps on a day where I was at home and didnt receive anything), your customer service immediately arranged another shipment which I received the day after (today). Brilliant experience from ActiPH. Thumbs down for DPD but its not your fault.

Do not trust this company to take money…
Do not trust this company to take money out of your account on a subscription service, you point blank do not receive your goods and the customer service is shocking unless you are willing to chase them up repeatedly for weeks you will not get your deliveries. It’s a shame because it’s actually a great product but the service and trustworthiness of the company is very poor, I do not recommend.

I know you've been speaking with our customer service team who have been back and forth with DPD to understand why these issues persist, and who are continuing to try and resolve this for you. We've been carrying out extensive testing over the past few months to attempt to refine our packaging for our glass orders to ensure that rough handling in transit does not result in so many breakages. We still have a long way to go on this, but please rest assured we're trying our best to improve this regrettable situation. Unfortunately, couriers do not always report back to us when items are damaged in transit, often meaning the first we hear of any problems is indeed when a customer reports this to us, resulting in unnecessary delays resolving issues like this. Please accept our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused. Our customer service team are working on your query and will come back to you shortly, but we will go ahead and refund your last order but continue to try and get your product out to you.
