Morning complete gives me energy without the caffeine each morning. I still don’t love the taste but it’s worth it to feel good each morning.

My experience with Morning Complete is the consistency I get from using it. My bathroom breaks are much better than when I started the product over a year ago. I have used other products in the past, but found that over several months of use, my body was still going through changes, such as going #2 more than twice in a day. I appreciate having a product that works, taste good, and stays consistent. The only thing I can wish/ask for is can it be cheaper or have more discounts for long term customers? Just a thought.

I have low blood sugar, so to stay below the calorie intake needed for my metabolic rate was nearly impossible. I wouldn't credit the product alone for my heroic menopausal weight loss, but it surely help to stabilize my energy levels when fasting.

I have been using Morning Complete for YEARS and have been healthier and my digestive system is more regular using it every morning. Thank you, Maggie Q and your team of experts!!

I honestly don’t know what it is doing for me!

I’ve been using morning complete for many years and love the consistency it gives me. It’s the only activated you product I use because it’s overwhelming how many different supplements and products there are. But I like morning complete as my fresh start of the day. I only wish they would allow us to mix the flavors when we buy three at a time.

My 2 daughters and I have been using Morning Complete for a number of years, we all love the lift we get from this product each morning. We've even taken it on trips with us. We all can highly recommend it,

I've been using Morning Complete for a few years now. Recently, I decided I could use something cheaper - and I did. Well, I got a little gassy. Then I got a UTI. I quit taking the other product. Every night my gut felt uncomfortable. My bowels were not moving like I knew they should. Well, I ordered morning complete again. After first day, I was already feeling better. I can't wait until a week or 2 passes. I am grateful to God for Morning Complete from ActivatedYou!

I love and depend on these two products (Morning Complete & Daily Digestive), everyday and Will for as long as they sell it!

I first saw this at the end of 2024, and thus given the reputation and honesty of Maggie Q. It has a true effect on my energy levels, and is balancing things very nicely. I am still a subscriber of Morning Complete, and cannot emphasize the quality of the product enough.

The last subscription purchase, i received a container that was expired.

I had bought 3 containers at the same time and there was an issue with the date because i was still in my first container, had not opened the second or third one (i expected both containers to have different dates or a date that would give you a longer period of usage). I had to call and received 2 containers free of charge which is great, but given the fact that i am the only one in my family consuming this product, i was still unable to finish the 2nd free container received, which i paid for previously. It is due to expire on march 19th, 2026 and i still have a lot left; even though i take my daily indicated dose, i was kind of forced to have my subscription purchase done quickly, and when i received it, it was expired.
I called, they are sending one free of charge.
So in essence i am upset that i am paying for a full container and only able to consume about half or 3/4 of a container due to the fabrication date, as per your indications, your product is good for a year. So i expect to get a product with a fabrication date close to the date of purchase so it gives me close to a year to use or at least 6 months. When i received these two previous free containers of MC, around end january 2nd, 2026, they both were fabricated on march 19, 2025.
Remember that i already had one opened. I finished the second container end of february and started the 3rd; now do you understand my issue?

I have tried to consume MC after its expiration, does not work; after a week, i feel the effects (like a took nothing at all).
So you offering your customers to buy 3 or 6 containers at one time make no sense to me, unless a party of 3 to 6 people buy together.
Please assure quality before you send your products out to your customers.
I am looking into other options.

I was using this for a year I believe and thought I would go to another brand because it was cheaper, however I didn’t get the same results. Now I am back and after a few days I started losing pounds with just adding this back to the mix after two months.

I am very satisfied with the product and the service.
Too bad there s no point of sale in Canada.

I’ve just received my order for morning complete and it is already passed its sell by date. 04-2025!
Can customer services please rectify this urgently, as I’m in the uk and have been waiting to start this programme

Morning Complete is a product every woman should consume. I’ve been taking it for about 8 months now, and I swear by it. After 6 months, I noticed I wasn’t losing as much hair, which seems like something completely unrelated, but it’s not. Your gut health is directly connected to your mental health through your vagus nerve, which also has a direct impact on your central nervous system. It is a proven scientific fact that if you can repair your gut health and keep it healthy, your whole body and its functions improve. An undisclosed side effect, is your hair and nails become healthier. I went from seeing my hair everywhere in my home (even messing with my dryer), to seeing hardly any! My mental has improved dramatically; my caffeine cravings are gone; I crave healthier food; I’ve dropped unwanted weight and have more energy; and I am a much better mom to my four young children. I’m no longer a cranky mom, yelling at my kids all the time, which is more important to me than anything else, and I believe this in large part to my healthier body and mindset. My mom even asked me what was different and I gave her a container of Morning Complete, along with another supplement I’ve been taking (and a satin pillowcase).
I can’t recommend this product enough.

I started using Morning Complete 2 years ago when a friend brought me a sample of the powder because I was taking antibiotics after surgery, and she said I needed extra probiotics. I came to appreciate the feeling of energy and vitality above and beyond the probiotic support for my gut so much, I decided to keep up the routine and have been making a smoothie every morning since then with the Morning Complete powder as my supportive start of every day. Every day starts with that smoothie now two years later.

I really like the effect of Morning Routine product. I go to the bathroom more regularly. In terms of energy, I haven’t noticed a difference yet. The apple and cinnamon flavour isn’t for me. I drink the greenish mixture in one go, and then I eat a bit of candied orange peel, which changes the taste. Overall, I like the product and I’m looking forward to trying another flavour once I’ve finished my three other jars.

I find it a first class product. Customer service excellent. What more could you say.

Honestly speaking, I'm not very good with health but I know how important the first meal for cells and energy level to make up my day. My diet not very healthy and sometimes quite heavy with bad choice. So I chose morning complete to make up for whatever that lack of. Until now I'm taking 12 jars of morning complete. Now I felt that I could not live without Morning Complete so currently I have signed up for 3jars every 3 months. Thank you Maggie and the Teams to produce such a great product at affordable price 🙏❤️
