I don't have a clue how your system works. I logged in to my microsoft account and couldn't find anything by clicking on the left square of the copilot page which only opened some offers. Totally mystified and tired of changing passwords with miscrosoft. One thing for sure, never again.

Delivered what was promised. I managed to download the Microsoft Office products and I tried to use the Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word. They both worked fine.

I purchased a product for an amazing price. There was help with installation and queries every step of the way. It turned out that a different product would suit me better, and David arranged this for me. He worked outside of normal office hours, and was so prompt in replying.
