I used TRex IPTV as a reseller and my experience has been terrible lately.
Support is almost nonexistent.

Messages often go unanswered for days, sometimes never. There are no proper updates or explanations from admins, and their Telegram is basically silent when problems happen.

For the last few months, there have been constant issues: URL blocking, connection problems, servers going down, and needing to change URLs/EPG again and again. That alone shows the service is not stable.

What makes it worse is that resellers are left alone to deal with angry clients. T-Rex already has their money, but when resellers lose clients, they don’t care. There is no warning, no transparency, no help.

They used to be a top provider, but now they seem cocky and careless. I would not recommend this service to resellers at all.

There are better providers out there do your own research and don’t trust big names blindly.

Like the previous reviewer, I confirm — being a seller on this platform is a nightmare. Support does not help at all, and you have to wait up to four weeks for a response. One would like to sell more and more, but unfortunately the creator himself blocks sellers due to a lack of proper service quality.
